Issues and errors with the app. Wrong delivery wrong charges multiple occasions.

I had to amend my review to 1 star after several orders with issue.
They charge for delivery when using the credit from a refund. (Two times). Error discussed with customer service that answered: if there is any issue you have to calls us. Is it normal to call after every delivery? Then because the system does not recognize the order as being over 500aed is putting automatically next day delivery. Again customer service is saying: why you did not call us ?
And next day delivery is promised 8-11. Delivery arrives after 2.
What customer service is doing ? Just apologizing.
It was fast delivery only for the first order. Recurrent customers are not treated well.
Will I order again? No!
Will I recommend ? No!
Do I trust the app ? No, as has multiple issues ( charging for delivery for orders over 500aed, automatically putting next day delivery when should be same day)

Favorite skirt

I ordered a skirt the model of which I haven’t seen before. Liking it so much and also being very curious about how it would look on me, I decided to give it a try. Now I am absolutely convinced that this skirt is officially my favorite one from the lot I have in my closet. Thanks CLF!

Outstanding service and beautiful pieces

I’m genuinely so impressed with this store. Their customer service is exceptional. They responded almost immediately and went above and beyond by making a special exception for me, purely out of kindness. They didn’t have to, but they really care about their customers.
