I ordered a sweater from Chic NYC on May 15, 2020, never received it, and haven't received a refund either despite sending multiple emails. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Over 12 months have passed and I havent recieved any product or money...
Please help me!

I have place an order over six months ago and never received it. I have tried to contact them but no one has replied my emails and keep sending me 4/5 email per day for advertisement!!! This company is a real scam

Ordered a workout set in July 2020. Still haven’t received it. They won’t respond to my recent email inquiring about a tracking number. No updates. Nothing. I want a refund.

Where did they get my email address from?
This is one big scam!

DO NOT buy from this company. Illegitimate and unprofessional. LOOK through the reviews. ENSURE they have a legit refund/return policy. Judge for yourself. I ordered back in July and it's November - they not only have not shipped one of my items but they have not replied to my emails nor calls. Actually, they replied twice back in September but there was NO follow-through whatsoever - just empty promises that they will provide me a coupon code and that they apologize due to covid. I don't typically buy clothing online but they initially looked promising quality wise, so I gave it a shot after they sent me an "ambassador invitation." Thank you NYC CHIC - because of you, I wont be buying clothing online again. I was in the midst of transitioning into a minimalist/natural lifestyle so this experience was a timely but expensive lesson. It'll save me time, energy, money, sanity and peace. So relieving to say goodbye to the consumerist lifestyle once and for all.

- FILE A COMPLAINT: BBB (Better Business Bureau)
- A MUST: icpen.org to resolve a dispute AND econsumer.gov
-REPORT FRAUD: at the federal trade commission site
- do the same on: Yelp, Glassdoor, Trustpilot
- file a claim/dispute with your credit card provider! YES YOU CAN DO THIS, within a certain period
- forward spam emails to the abuse department of godaddy.com (where their domain is registered so GoDaddy can act against them)
- for AMERICANS: state consumer via usa.gov

As a Canadian, I encourage those of you who are residing in and have purchased from NYC, to investigate further. I hope you can do the right thing and take it to a small claims court or however your conscience leads you. I don't know what the options are there but I can say for myself I will be escalating this case however I possibly can where I'm at, both now and in the future. Stuff like this should is NOT OK, should not be tolerated beyond mere verbal complaints, and need to be pushed to shut down.

Won't stop spamming me about their fake ambassador program that I never applied for or even heard of.

Told them where they could shove it and blocked them, but now they've resorted to spamming me from nycaffiliate.com. That's fine, I'll just keep forwarding their spam emails to GoDaddy's abuse department so they can shut down your site.

TIP: if you get their emails, forward them to abuse @ godaddy.com, that's where their domain is registered and GoDaddy can take actions against them!

The company spams you with various emails. I don't like that there isn't a way to be removed from their mailing list. I contacted the company via their website a while ago (around a year or so) and all I had was another round of thanks for wanting to join our program. Followed by instructions on what I needed to do. When a brand asks you to pay for items to join their program that's a red flag for me. The emails seem to be sent at random. I don't focus on fashion on my blog or social media content. So i don't have any interest in working with the company.

They took 125€ and never delivered. Order was two months ago. When I asked their service, they always just say they will deliver soon

They scammed me for 150$
I waited 2 months for my products.
Just same answer: They will ship it soon

Never got the item and never responded to my emails asking for a refund or the item

Sadly many girls fall for this
I actually liked the print so thought it could be cute
But full on scam should have read about them before

I made an order over than 3 months ago and I didnot receive it until now. They keep sending me around 4 mails a day as advertisement!!! I told them to stop sending me emails and send me my money back but they keep sending me more useless emails!!! I didnot get my money back and I didnot recieve mu order.

it is driving me insane the volume of emails I'm getting. Its a complete scam. Fortunately I haven't engaged with any emails or spent any money. I've reported them to the NSCS. If anyone else has recommendations on how to stop them. let me know.

I have been contacted back in April to become a brand ambassador. Without doing any research a placed my order as required... Three monts later only one item out of two that I paid for arrived. No customer support. I left the facebook group also and now I am being contacted on daily basis ro become an ambassador. Quality of items same as aliexpress.
