They don’t even deserve one star! Sizing is horrible and don’t even think about returning an item - they offer a 15% refund -laughable - or you can ship the merchandise back to Hong Kong for a price of $200+. I was totally dupped, thinking this was Chico’s. Far from it. Don’t give them a cent of your hard-earned money! Infuriating!

This is a scam! Cheap material. Poor service. Don’t be fool by the name. Not Chico’s!

I’ve been waiting 5 weeks already for an order. I feel that I’ve been duped by this company. My charge receipt says it is from HongKong.
Never again! I would prefer to pay more and be sure I’m dealing with a reputable company.

I am a second person ripped off by this online company and I’m embarrassed to say, it’s the second time I thought I was dealing with an American vendor. But it isn’t.
Watch out for ALL CHEAP CLOTHING FROM CHINA, including any from Chicoconline, or its distributors: Magnolianana and Fashion Boutique online. Even using PayPal I can’t get my money back.

Their products look good online and are not particularly inexpensive so I thought they were American and I bought 2 blouses. It was over a month before the company acknowledged they even shipped. Almost 2 months before I finally received them. The sizing is small, not true American sizing (like most Chinese clothes), made of cheap material, and not worth the price I paid. I won’t purchase from them again OR from any company advertising on Facebook. So far EVERYTHING I’ve bought off Facebook has been cheap garbage from China not worth a fraction of what I paid. And it’s all unreturnable.
