This company is a scam company
I ordered a beautiful pair of boots and I only did they take ages for them to to process the delivery. They then said they delivered but haven’t so I never received the boots and wasted £49. I have tried contacting them many various ways with no responses, this company is a total scam. Don’t buy from them

Wish I had a check the reviews before hand. This company is totally a scam. Show you one product and send you another will not refund your money only wanna offer you a third of what you pay or discount on some more trash please please please read the reviews and do not order anything from this company.

I ordered a pair of men's pointed ankle boots. I received a pair of round toe ankle boots. I imediately notified Paypal who suggested that I contact the company, which I did. I informed the company that the boots I received was not what I ordered and paid for. I informed the compant that I did not want what they sent and to provide me with prepaid return shipping label. The company continued to send me emails with offers even after I informed them I was not interested in any of their offers. I contacted Paypal again and provided pictures of what I ordered and what I received. Paypal immediately refunded my money. The company contacted me stating that it would costly to me and them to return the boots. That is not my problem and I informed them that, 1. They are trying to force me to pay for something that I did order; 2, I should and will not be responsible for the cost of returning something they sent in error. Actually I don't really think they have the boots as displayed and advertised on their site.

This company is a scam my card was used unauthorized and I’m trying to figure out how I have never ordered from this company. ChicStrip is a SCAM-and thieves.

This company builds wealth based on false advertisement.
I bought some good quality boots, and received something totally different...the quality was terrible.

They need to stop trading they don't give you the right order and they have done this to me twice now, you don't have any options of returning product only offer either 10% off wrong item or 40% off future orders. They send you a much cheaper sandal, I will be reporting them to paypal

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing. They should be banned from selling any products!!! The pictures are a bait and switch tactic. If I could be a one woman campaign to put them out of business I would. Don’t buy from them!!! You cannot get a complete refund and that how the keep the majority of your money and you’re left with something that is I useable! Better laws need to be put in place to better protect consumers!!!!!

Shoes are dreadful , wrong size, poorly made of foam .
Facebook should also be blamed for allowing them to advertise on there .

This site is a scam, they post pictures of clothing only to send you the outfit in a different, cheap, poorly made fabric and on top of it they dont email you back when you request assistance. I reported to Paypal, this has got to be stopped! Ordered Dec 4, 2023 didnt receive item until today only AFTER asking paypal for help! I wish I could share pictures you wouldnt believe the scam of this outfit!

This is a scam. I have reported to pay pal. I received different shoes. They refused to give me my money back. They are nothing like the ones in the photo. I left a review on their website and they deleted it.

The shoes I received were low-quality and did not fit; one pair was not true to size, and the pair of sandals had an unwearable design. They fell off my feet. The customer service first offered 40eur to buy more or 10% return. I requested a 50% refund to cover the sandals that cannot be worn. Eventually, they agreed to a 20% refund for the whole purchase that came through.

Customer service was quick and friendly, but I will never buy from them again. They should have offered, at minimum, to cover for the pair of sandals no one can wear.

It was a perfect shopping experience, the product is great and I love it.

Have been trying to get in touch with company no luck ,just need to do a exchange

Bought a pair of shoes , received a ridiculous version of the shoes advertised. Tried to get a refund, 3 months later, still no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Company does not ship what you ordered. No customer service.
