Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order on their website, but there is no way to track the order, and I never received any order confirmation via email or SMS.

I ordered a suit worth ₹1,800 and paid ₹299 in advance. It's been 12 days, and I haven't received the product or any update from their side. There has been no response regarding my order.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying anything from this website. It feels unreliable, and I would advise others to be cautious before making any online payment.
