Great service from start to finish. Cosy Homes team and all contractors organised by ASC Electricals excellent. All our questions answered, everything explained and installation was carried out to a high standard. Our premises left clean and tidy. Would recommend.

I found the whole experience to be a positive one. I was given first class help and information. All the work was carried out quickly by professional guys and my property was left in a clean and tidy manner. I am very happy with outcome!

Cosy Homes in Lancashire can be very difficult to get a response out of upon dialing 03306061488. Having called at just after 09:00 on Tuesday 31st March 2026, I was met with "Sorry, our telephone lines are busy" I didn't appear to be placed in a queue and I had to make repeated calls, I fail to imagine how they could've been inundated with phone calls at 09:00! I had a similar experience some weeks ago too and based upon this, it isn't very good customer service.

I've just had a full solar system including batteries through cosy homes and installed by ASC electrical services. The people involved were all professional and explained everything perfectly. Teething problems were sorted professionally and promptly. Highly recommended. 5*****

Could not have been more amazing. From the surveys to the installation everything was great. Our home is now warmer and more efficient. Acs electrical the company involved installing the solar panels were also excellent, the work men were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves! Thank you so much!

Always on hand to answer any queries, work was done promptly, sympathetically and with minimal disruption.

Took over 2 weeks for them to contact me after completing the form on their site. Called me whilst I was working and I asked if they could call me back Thursday, the girl said "no, you call us back" I get bad vibes, will not be dealing with them.

There should be someone monitoring their calls and failing them, my request was simple and ordinary, their response was poor and unhelpful.

Update to response- if you listened to the call you will have heard me asking to be contacted Thursday or Friday. What a poor public response from a business.

Cosy Homes is a fantastic scheme which has completely transformed our older home into a future-proofed and cost effective place to live.

I was very happy with all elements of the install, including the heat pump, solar panels and battery storage as well as the internal renovations.

ASC Electrical were particularly great at communication in helping us work around a difficult situation, and had very professional workmanship throughout. I would gladly reccomend them and other contractors to anyone looking to take advantage of the ChiL scheme.

A HUGE, HUGE thank you to Cosy Homes in Lancashire. Over the past 2 years the team has helped us to get a new boiler, loft insulation, solar panels and a battery, helping to make our cold home warmer whilst saving us money. I cannot recommend them enough.

All of the team members I have dealt with have been helpful, reliable and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. The application process was quick and easy. I'm so grateful for all of their help.

A big thanks to Mark who fitted our boiler, he did a great, tidy job, he took out our old system and had the new boiler fitted in a couple of days.

A big thank you also to ASC Electrical who installed our solar panels and battery. They have been very professional and helpful in all aspects of the installation. The engineers who installed the system were polite, tidy and efficient. ASC have also been great in answering my questions and helping me get set up for exporting energy. My new solar panels look brilliant and I'm so happy to be generating energy at home. Thank you ASC for a top class job!

I took a day off work today to be available for a survey . Although I was told a time of 12-4.30 I wanted to make sure i was here if anyone arrived out of those times . When nobody showed up i called just to confirm at 1400 today and was told everything was in order

I was told Curtis would be round to me and I was on his list for today confirming every thing .

It is now 17.50 no contact from either the company or Curtis and it seems a wasted day and loss on wages on my behalf.

Totally unprofessional experience, if you can't get it right on day one what's the chances with the rest !!!

I am sure I will not hear from this company with an apology but I will be in contact to voice my direct opinion by telephone call tomorrow.

We are really pleased with the battery unit recently fitted to our property to complete the solar panels which were fitted last year to provide an excellent system for our energy use, ecological to use and money saving .Three phase electric and ASC electrical installed the equipment in a clean, efficient and polite manner.So once again thank you Cosy Homes for a brilliant job.

Following an earlier grant funded solar panels installation via Cosy Homes they've also just facilitated a battery installation here. Can I take this opportunity to say many thanks for both. The battery was recently fitted by ASC Electrical who were extremely prompt, efficient and helpful with their installation.

Cosy Homes oversaw a transformation in our house's energy efficiency. After an initial survey a heat pump was recommended. All the planning and a top quality installation followed in due course. This was a real success, with warmer house and water for much reduced power consumption. Subsequently, solar panels were installed and most recently solar batteries. Now our house quite often runs without any mains usage at all.

I don’t think you can have a better ambassador than Chris Conroy what a gentleman. He came to my mothers property 75 year old, answered all her queries politely was clear on giving us the correct expectations on securing funding on what the next steps were. Fast forward 6 months we are delighted to announce we have a secure front and back door at my mother’s premises she feels safe in her property. Chris has done equally good work across the area supporting the vulnerable who have echoed the same sentiment to me to pass on this review. If only you could clone and have more people like Chris the world would be a better place.

Chris came to visit us yesterday to help make our home a bit more cosy by fitting radiator reflectors and providing energy-saving light bulbs and a clever device to switch off all my 'sleeping' office paraphernalia with one switch. It was a pleasure to have him in our house; he was friendly, polite and full of useful advice - a real credit to your organisation. The dogs loved him too!

We have had a heat pump, new radiators, loft insulation and solar panels. I cannot recommend these workmen highly enough. Every one of them has been polite, worked so well and have completely tidied up after themselves. They’ve been a joy to have in our home. Communication with all the firms involved has been excellent.

Chris Conroy has been a great help in making my home warmer. He’s very friendly and very efficient and I am very pleased with how he’s helped me be a bit more cosy in my draughty house by using reflective sheets behind the radiators, sorting the letterbox, giving me a smart plug device and making my external door less windy. He should be the face of Cosy Homes.
