Eventually a sauce that is hot enough.

I've tried many different products from many different vendors and none of them have been hot enough for me.

After purchasing a selection pack of 5 sauces I had to rush to try them and yes. They hit the spot. Absolutely great flavours.

Ordered £30 worth or seeds and sauces on 20th November 2025 and still not arrived on 15th December 2025. Phone is not answered and cannot leave a message as their answerphone box is full. Emails not responded to, I think this company has gone bust but is still accepting orders and taking cash. be careful

No instructions with seeds. I Cracked seeds shells to get seeds but all empty. The company ignores all emails

First i was worried that my order wont come since it took a while, but the reason was brexit and longer delivery times. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and told me that the package is on its way. Few days later i got the goods that i ordered and apparently the shipping cost exceeded the ammount i was charged but they still sent the package and that was nice gesture!. So from my experience the negative reviews are not matching my own.

I was concerned my seeds hadn't arrived after a week and the reviews on here didn't help. So I emailed them, got a response from Karen within 20 minutes telling me they had been posted yesterday. And, a few hours later they were posted through my letterbox. Not only did I get the chilli seeds I ordered but two different complimentary varieties as well. I will have no hesitation ordering from them again. Karen was a delight to deal with.

Fast service, Fast shipping. Got exactly what i order plus a free sample. Not the last time I order from this site.

Ordered 6 weeks ago, did not get a confirmation email, money was taken out of my account straight away but the order was never sent.
I have called after 2 weeks to see what was going on and I was told that I would be called back the same day. 4 weeks later my money is still taken, I don't have the order and there is no one to speak to.
Avoid at all cost!!!

Awful, placed an order in May 2018 for a birthday present for June, half of the order was delivered and the other half never arrived. after 6 weeks of receiving no emails and no one picking up the phone i finally spoke to someone who then refunded me for the missing product and assured me that it would still be sent out to me as a priority order. Well its December 2018 now and the order never arrived! Would never ever use again.

Large Variety of chili seeds. Had a shipping error, and wrote to their support, and the problem was fixed within one day, no questions asked.

Would purchase from this site again.
