Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I got stuck installing the sim but everytime I emailed for help they replied by at a reasonable time with the best advice and patience. Would definately recommend using Chillaxsim to anyone trvalling abroad.

​A highly recommended product.

​I highly recommend the Chillaxsim eSIM adapter! The installation process was incredibly easy and straightforward. I’ve been using it without any issues at all. It’s a reliable product that does exactly what it promises. Definitely worth recommending!

I received prompt and helpful customer assistance

I received prompt and helpful assistance when having difficulty downloading my eSIM. A few simple instructions sent to me by the customer service person remedied my problem. The communication was as polite and directions clear. Thank you.

Picked after comparing many services. This came in as a clear winner when comparing service, quality and very importantly cost. I used the eSIM travelling through Europe and had very good coverage, from the top of mountains to the sea. I took off one star as It wasn’t flawless but I don’t have experience of others, to be fair.

Ordered esim for Japan its chinese

Ordered esim for Japan

Got an esim that was very slow. And connects to hongkong.... ip is in hongkong ... that feels wrong. And NO the connection is NOT stable
I lost connection so often it was annoying

Edit support is nice so I got a refund

Our Response: We value your experience, which is why we provided a replacement eSIM as soon as you reported speed issues. When we realized the standard roaming IP did not meet your specific professional requirements, we respected your preference and issued a refund immediately.
