Requested some cabinets online. Spoke their sales team. Sam helped me purchase the cabinets and was very helpful. Product came on time and I am very happy with their service.

Rubbish customer service empty promises they are full of lies. I will claim for a chargeback from my bank for fraud no point in chasing them i advise anyone else who had problems should do the same. They will close all their bank accounts and they will be registered on CIFAS register for fraud.

Terrible experience with Chillfrost — the new freezer they sent was faulty from the start, and after 4–5 months of calls and emails, I’m still waiting for a replacement or refund. Overcharged, poor delivery, and zero after-sales service. Avoid this company.

And be very careful about the warranty contract.
They will try to avoid give a warranty contract.
Then you never can claim anything.

Biggest Liars ever! They quote you a price, but then the price goes up at the very last minute! They say they beat the market, when they clearly dont! Rude Salespeople who has no respect for customer queries.
