Just bought the 2019 office pro, didn`t receive the code instantly, but after texting them on live chat they sent it immediately, everything is working fine, good price.

I was not sure at first but I said to myself not a big deal the price are cheap anyway and surprisingly everything is alright I even chat for 5 minutes with the owner who explained to me he is working by himself I really recommend this little shop you can tell he do care about his customers.

Really good seller, really simple to understand and if you need help they help you I appreciate the simplicity you pay you receive your key honestly great service.

The key didn't work and no response from chat...I need it with urgence so I will have to buy from other website. Maybe they will help later but I can't wait.

Office 2019.... more than one week before to have the key... no reply on livechat and email...

The key did take a few days to get to me, and the key first key that I had didn't work, however, as soon as I said something, the support person was amazing, he told me how to do it, and eventually even got me a new key!

I purchased a Office 2021 pro plus I received it in less than a minute after my payment this is all is matter for me thank you guys keep the good job

I bought office 2021 in the morning, they took the money and I recieved an e-mail saying the key will arrive "soon"...
No idea what "soon" means, but I am installing a new PC and kinda need the key asap... I tried live chat several times, wrote an e-mail, used their form for contact... no response, no key, my money gone.. DONT USE THIS SITE!!!

I bought Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus Key , still waiting for them to send me the key from the product. I have tried to contact them through every way i can and no answer until now.
I am starting to tink this is a scam so i am going to report them for fraude.

A fraudulent site that does not send keys or respond to messages

bought an office key, the site says "YOUR KEY WILL BE SENT SOON" but its been over an hour and nothing changed, tried to contact them to try and understand what "soon" means, but their site livechat did not respond for 45 minutes now.

edit: its been 2 days now, no response, no key, no money.
its a 100% scam site, do not give them your money.
edit2: after 3 days i was sent a key and contacted by their support who said he broke his leg and had to go to the emergency room

Bought a fake windows office 2021 key. Live chat/email is dead and it's pretty clear at this point that this site is a scam.

I bought a code for 2019 Office for 5 euros. I received it the next day but the key isn't good for anything. I did not pay for a faulty key!

I purchased a Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus Key but after the purchase I didn't get the key just the office itself. I'm giving 5 star because the customer service was really nice and kind and I got a refund and I was told that I will receive the key anyway tomorrow.

My mother bought a Microsoft Office Pro key at 00:30 and she hasn't received the key and hasn't got any response or email by chillkeys, they are literally ignoring the e-mail my mother sent hours ago and it has been almost 18 hours since the transaction. Please don't buy here if you don't want to be scammed.
