Extremely Disappointed – Unresponsive and Unreliable Service
I placed a prepaid order (Order #CH-WEB2143) on April 1st, 2025, which was confirmed by Chillme.in. Over a month has passed, and I have not received the product, any updates, or even a basic response.
I’ve made numerous attempts to contact customer support through their provided number (8690034128), which never connects. I’ve sent multiple emails, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp messages, all of which have been completely ignored.
Out of sheer desperation, I reached out to the Founder, Mr. Piyush Agarwal, who initially said he would look into the matter. However, after that brief acknowledgment, he has gone completely silent, ignoring all follow-ups.
At this point, I have no choice but to escalate this matter to consumer courts and public forums. This experience has been nothing short of fraudulent, and I urge others to exercise extreme caution before making any purchases from Chillme.in.
