Overall was outstanding... There websit was smooth the ordering proses was smooth and my system was two days early there responded ting is not excellent but way better than most it was just a grat

Gteat all around sevicr frome ordering to delivery just excellent
There call was slow but not as slow as mrcool iit took days to get a answer tyler and garret same day might have been a little late but we got it.. I will recommend this group to any one looking to buy a mini split syatem......

MR COOL PRICING SCAM

BE WARNED. Do not buy from this distributer. This company charged me one price for a minisplit system and tried to charge me over $1.7K more after even though I had paid the entire invoice when ordering. After over 8 unanswered attempts to rectify the situation, I had to file fraud charges with my bank and open a Better Business Bureau complaint.

They will draw you in with cheap prices and come back for more after you've already paid. Pretty terrible and unresponsive customer service as well.

0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Go with a different, honest distributer.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered July 23,2025 and they were quick to charge my card and get their money. It’s August 26th…..crickets.
I sent several emails asking about a tracking number and Garrett finally answered and thanked me for my patience and said they were just now getting units in.
That was two weeks ago, I followed up in a week and he again told me my shipment should be going out this week or next week….who knows at this point. I’m starting to think this was all a scam, it’s feeling very shady.

I needed to replace my Perfect Aire…

I needed to replace my Perfect Aire mini split that stopped working in my kid's playroom and Chill was the only company that had MRCOOL in stock and didn't dropship so they were able to ship out my system same day and I had it in 2 business days. Unbeatable delivery time and lowest price.

Update... Took my money two months ago…

Update (still 1 star though) the system arrived 2 days after I got off of my 2 month vacation. (One month late and 2 months total wait) The instruction manual has already had TWO major incorrect steps that have set me back already. They thanked me for bringing to their attention though, so that's nice. Now I have just come to find out after going through the boxes of all 4 of my air handlers, that they do not customize the communication wires according to the length line sets you order!!! So they want me to add 4 coils of extra communication wire to the 4 coils of extra refrigerant line coils that will already be there already. So why did I measure? I have three 16' line sets that have 30" communication runs! How does that make any sense? And they do not tell you ANY of this! Now I am back to work, dealing with this terrible install, and every day after work, I need to spend my evenings on the phone with either MR COOL or Chill Mini splits technical support. No resolution yet. I want communication lines that are specific to the line set lengths that I ordered. Is that too much to ask?
For the cost of these units, just do yourself a favor and either pay up for a name brand with professional installation, or buy a totally cheap off brand and learn how to evacuate the lines yourself. I wound up buying everything but the pump to do this install anyway, so now I am totally confident I can install a non DIY unit and do the vacuum myself. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of MR. Cool, but if you do insist on buying from them, most definitely DO NOT buy from CHILL.
Took my money two months ago and I have yet to receive the units. They claim backordered from manufacturer but have not sent a single correspondence to update the situation. Most of the phone reps only give vague information and fail to give any sort of time estimate for delivery, making the whole purchase unsettling. Also I was on vacation for the entire time I was waiting when the install was supposed to happen, now I am going back to work and still have zero idea when the equipment will even ship. Terrible company. Save your money and buy a unit off of Amazon for half the price and probably get much better customer service (even from China). But actual customer service has to start with shipping the equipment to begin with.

Took payment - will not ship!

I ordered a 5th gen Mini split system on July 8th, 2025. I immedieatly recieved an email confirming the order and my card was charged the full amount. The email stated it would ship 'soon'. It is now August 5th 2025 and still has not shipped, and I have not recieved a singel email reply to my questions about it that I have sent to the customer service email address I was given in the order confirmation.

Overall great experience

Our AC system went out and we really needed a new system because we had friends coming into town.

I ended up calling Chill and the guy I spoke to on the phone was super helpful answering questions about which system I needed and made sure to set up shipping to where it arrived before our friends came to stay which was incredible.

We got a DIY system and were able to install it in a couple days after watching a few YouTube videos.

During the install I had a quick question about the line set and I called Chill and they were able to help out. Now it's up and running great!

Would highly recommend if you are in need of a mini split system!

Inadequate Vendor that Mr Cool doesn't even recommend.

Reached out to Chill Mini Splits customer support to ask exactly which line set I needed for my Mr Cool 48k BTU Hyper Heat system. Received a quick response from Garrett, providing a link to purchase a 50ft No-Vac line set that would work with my system.

I paid, I received, I inspected the box contents and was surprised to see the 50ft line set included a 14ga wire set. Reached back out to Garrett to inquire since I didn't receive any paper work in the box and he disregarded my question and just provided a generic No-Vac line set connection pamphlet in pdf format which did nothing for the wire.

I installed, but encountered an issue trying to hook the lineset up as I did not receive the Mr Cool M1/M2 adapters required for the No-Vac line set in my box. After a few days of downtime they contacted Mr Cool and had them send me the missing adapters.

The adapters installed to the condenser and air handler no problem, but the line set was the wrong thread & size, it was completely different. After a few days of downtime with numerous back and forth, and finally bringing a Mr Cool tech into the message thread, Mr Cool determined I had a "DIY" lineset and not the "No-Vac" that I actually purchased.

When I reached out to Garrett, they ghosted me for multiple days in the middle of my install (Mind you pre-sales questions were quick and tidy) and then finally said Tyler (founder?) could only offer me a full refund once they receive the line set back. No offer to actually send me the line set I needed or anything at all as a resolution, just complete disregard of my issue from their negligence while there is literally holes in the side of my new construction build!

I asked Mr Cool who they recommended to purchase from and their #1 was Ingrams. I purchased through them and everything went smooth from there. I did have to incur an additional uninstall/reinstall fee due to the No-Vac line set being much larger than the DIY lineset they sent me. I requested a labor claim, they accepted the labor claim, then ghosted me with no response and no payment.

If you purchase through Chill Mini Splits, you better hire a good lawyer at the same time. The chance of them wasting your time and/or money are highly likely.
