Chilly's Sports Style Bottles

The two bottles I purchased arrived very promptly and were cleverly wrapped and packaged so they weren't damaged. The colours I ordered (one black, one pink) were just as they were depicted on the website. The lids and spouts on the bottles are just as I'd hoped and easy for children to secure.

I don’t recommend

The bottle is very heavy and look like more for hiking than for daily use at the office
Also the surface is rough as well that is not visible or indicated in the product criterias
I am disappointed since I have bought 2, one for me and one for my husband
I will not recommend

Mixed feelings

Prompt acknowledgment and delivery of the item. Very pleased with the appearance of the bottle BUT I bought this bottle to replace my previous one which seemed to be leaking and this new one seems to leak too - very disappointing. Are Chilly bottles not meant for holding liquids? So mixed opinion and may buy a different manufacturer’s in future.

Great product

The new cup design is great, love the shape, the feel and the quiet base. Bought both sizes and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition, I have been buying from Chilly for a number of years and they are a great company to deal with, everything is straightforward, and I know from a previous request to them they have a great after sales team who helped me find what I needed,

I never received a parcel from Chilly's…

I never received a parcel from Chilly's via Evri that was supposed to be delivered and left in the 'safe space'. It was never there to be collected. Contacted Evri's customer service, and they promised to resolve the problem with Chilly's. After a few weeks, I'm still without the product that I've ordered. And now, I've been ghosted by Evri's customer service. It's not Chilly's fault directly, but as a reliable brand, I expect better delivery service than what Evri provides. I can't believe that after so many bad experiences with this company, they are still allowed to operate in the UK.

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service - when I got muddled (twice!) by which lid I needed for my bottle - Chilly’s rep was very understanding and very quick to sort this for me. Excellent!!

Great designs and they keep everything as expected.

I have been using Chilly's for several years and have bottles and cups in most of their sizes and series.
In my experience they keep things hot for several hours and very cold for a couple of days.
As the innovations have changed the designs I have upgraded but still use my series 1, 2 and 3 bottles around my house to keep me hydrated.
I have 1 bottle in the bedroom, one in the lounge, 2 in the car, 1 in the study and several insulated cups and 3 food pots to keep food and drinks warm or cold as necessary.
