We gave them a lot of restrictions for the flight we wanted, and the Chimpando team still managed to find a lower price than the best one we found online.

They also answered very quickly to every request we had and it's clear that they really care about customer satisfaction. If we decide to go on another long-distance trip in the coming years, we'd be happy to use the service again to save some money!

Pro tip: You can save even more money if you have a credit card that doesn't charge foreign transaction fees (like N26, Revolut etc.). Otherwise, letting them do the booking might be the option that saves you more! Either way, just reach out to them when you're not sure - they always answered very quickly.

This website is such a great thing. If you need any help booking your flights I highly recommend to give it a go. It saved me so much money and the service was always fast and excellent. Five stars, would always do it again.

I serached a premium economy flight from europe to florida this site was way cheaper for my flight booking as other searches results. very good customer service. Nice and fast.

Used this site the first time for planning a visit of my family with me in the US with multiple legs and different arrival/departure airports. At first the price of 40€ looked high, but for this excellent Service it was more then justified! Marc made a perfect support!

The experts on Chimpando found me a flight that was roughly $250 cheaper than my best option. So even with the Chimpando fee, I ended up saving $200.

I posted the same flight on Darjeelin, but didn't get any response there.

Another good thing was the very impressive customer service. When I initially placed my flight request, my payment didn't get through. With just one email to Chimpando, they had activated my flight request and I even had found my desired flight before I had made my payment.

Edit: I forgot to mention some preferences in my initial request, and Marc added those to my request and prolonged it by a day without charging me anything extra! It's a very honest and genuinely helpful service.

i booked two flights from muc to hkg and made a big mistake. chimpando cancelled this flight without any charge and booked again with the correct dates, also without any charges. perfect and immediate service. thanks Marc!
