I ordered some parts for my bike. Not receiving any notification about the order, I contacted them at their email address: service(@)chinahao.com

They replied asking me to wait a few days for shipment tracking. After a few days I contact them again and they send me two tracking numbers that are fake. They do not work. I have not heard back from them since.

I have already taken steps with my bank and my lawyer, along with the postal police, to open a criminal case for fraud. We already have all their data and will start legal proceedings shortly. All the people who have been scammed will be compensated.

I could only find two websites for my top end rebuild for my dirt bike, and unfortunately this awful site was one. $433 dollars down the drain and I realize I should of payed more attention. My money should be coming back soon as I talked with the bank but definitely stay away. They’re scammers.

Back in January of 2022 this company cancelled a motorcycle I had paid for with my debit card. I was told that the funds would be credited back to my card within 1-15 days. To date, those funds have not been returned and they are not answering any of my e-mails. Needless to say, I will never deal with this company again.

I ordered a battery for my car camera. Unfortunately there was a problem with the shop - not sure if it closed down or something else. But Chinahao returned my money immediately for which I am grateful

This company is not legit. They advertise products which they do not have. They offer good prices because they so not intend to sell and then charge for shipping as well and they never send anything. BEWARE. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY!!

Place an order, charge me immediately, order not confirmed after a week, no reply for my order message, no reply for telephone or wechat. Scammer. Have to say, the name of the website means the scammer must be someone who hates China...

They get your money and never respond to email, phones or wechat

SCAM. Don´t use it. They keep your money and you get nothing.

Every other bad review on here is exactly what happened to me. No goods delivery or confirmation but took my payment, no communication despite my five emails and messages, ended up filing a report to the bank.

I ordered some Ryobi hand sanders, a product not available anywhere else. Spent close to $300. I was overjoyed. But now two month's later with no merchandise and no correspondence, I feel taken. toml

0 Stars should be an option. This site is horrible. They have over $150 of mine. Will not respond to numerous emails. They asked for additional shipping, which could be understood, but I do not want to pay for it in this case and asked for the order to be refunded and canceled. Dispute filed with Master Card. Multiple messages left on the site and through email directly to customer service and to the broker that the payments are made. No one will do anything. Scammers. Stay away. I bought something from them a while back and it was a seamless transaction. Thought I could trust them again, but should have come here first and read the reviews. Go elsewhere.

Scam, I paid and electronic product, they charged twice and did not receive anything. The store website from seller is no longer available.

Chinahao is very bad! I will never buy there again and will let others know as well. I purchased something in June for $53.88 USD and they canceled my order in July and did not return the money or send me any emails or notifications of it. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and Chinahao took the money back again from my account. They are a fraud and a fake!!! Never buying from them again!

No response, no product delivery, unable to contact staff, waste of time and money.

Two weeks since I placed an order, I have not received a return email, I have not received an invoice. The actual payment was made. I have contacted several times but there is no response and no return email. I asked to cancel an order and return money ... it seems to be a crook company.

I would give a rating of zero if it were possible. I purchased a bathroom part and paid for DHL delivery at a cost of several times more than the item's value. They seem to have shipped it with China Post instead, and I can't even be sure that they have shipped the item or that the item exists. In fact, I can't even be sure that this company exists: I contacted them several times over the last few weeks about shipping by email and through their website. Never got a response. Weeks later still waiting...

I'm emailing them and trying to contact over WeChat for something I purchased to get a refund. Is there anyone who has some basic manners to reply to emails and we chat messages and to stop cheating people of their hard earned money??
