Appalling.
Absolutely appalling experience with CMPO and their use of DPD. We were told our parcel had been “attempted” for delivery despite the driver never even coming near the house — we were home the entire time and have cameras proving no van ever arrived. Instead of actually delivering it, they dumped it at a post office so late in the day that collection wasn’t even possible.
To make matters worse, when we raised the issue, we were essentially called liars rather than having the situation handled professionally. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for delivery only to be messed around and then treated with complete disrespect when questioning it.
Mistakes happen, but accusing customers instead of taking accountability is unacceptable. Between the false delivery attempt, the inconvenience, and the dismissive attitude, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time. We won’t be ordering again while they continue using DPD.

I love this company there customer service is next to none always so helpful the only reason I would buy from them is because they don’t stock the part I buy moped and do them up to be sold and always got my parts from them
damaged parts, lack of protective packaging
Ordered over 20 items, around half of them arrived damaged. Zero packaging in the delivery box, just engine case covers and flywheels etc rolling around hitting eachother during shipping. A few parts arrived corroded too which was not ideal for new parts.
Have had no issues before but was not happy at all this time!
CMPO are No1 for parts in the UK.
Every mechanic i speak to says they wont touch Chinese bikes because they cant get the parts. I got my stuff within 48hrs and at a fraction of the cost of Japanese bikes. Granted they probably dont brake down as much, but when they do you end up with a huge bill everytime.

Fantastic experience, i ordered 2 fork legs for my sinnis hoodlum after my previous ones got damaged by the so called mechanic across tge road from my work, i was replacing my seals, asked them to help me get one bolt out and they destroyed them in the process, anyway i ordered these yesterday and they arrived 8.30 this morning! Well packaged and protected, i put them in the bike straight away and have just ridden it, the handling is so much better now, anyway thankyou guys, i have used you before and will gladly use you again!

I just dropped £400 on parts for my bike
I tried to include the 30L bag for free and they don’t wanna give it ot even add it to the order.
It clearly stated that if I spend more than 180£, I can have the bag for free. Well, they’re not trying to do that at all.
On top of that their reply’s are awful. I told them I wanted to cancel the order as these people do not care at all. They haven’t replied to me even after I replied to them instantly.
They’re trying to process my order so they can hold onto the money but I’ve already requested a refund.
They’re trying to process the order so I can receive them and pay for further delivery back to them.

I raised this with their customer service team who promptly replied within 7 minutes and informed me a new set is on the way.
Less than 24 hours later and it’s at my door, both mirrors now fine.
Definitely recommend.
Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. Spent hundreds on parts for the parcel to go missing on 'delivery'. Contacted DPD who said cmpo would have to contact them in order for them to investigate as they're the seller (fair enough). Contacted and asked them to reach out, they accepted no responsibility, said I just had to speak to DPD myself and then stopped responding to any messages. I'm now missing a parcel, down hundreds of pounds and still have a broken bike! Avoid at all costs!
Very poor company to deal with
Very poor company to deal with. They sell very cheap inferior parts that don’t fit. Was sent an exhaust that didn’t fit and was far bigger than the original, also scratched and metal all bent. They wouldn’t pay for the return, and once received it back admitted it shouldn’t have been scratched but the poor manufacturing was what they wouldn’t pay expect at that price point. Still chasing my return postage cost. Whatever you do shop else away from this clown setup.

Stock issues for some lexmoto LXS parts
The overall service from CMPO has been really good generally. The parts I have ordered recently have arrived really quickly and well packaged. The communication from customer service has been prompt and polite too. The main issue is lack of stock for some of the parts for the Lexmoto LXS. I needed to perform the first oil service for my bike but found the oil filter cover o ring slightly split. No problem I thought as this surely has to be a common part particularly as the engine appears to be used on some other Chinese motorbikes. I checked CMPO and found it out of stock. Nightmare as the bike was now sat with no oil and could potentially leak oil if the o ring is not replaced. I contacted CMPO who answered promptly to say it would be six weeks. I was really disappointed as I had just bought the bike and want to get on with riding it. I ended up using rtv silicone together with the old o ring. Happy days bike back on the road. Checked again today which is six weeks later and was told it would be another six weeks. This is ridiculous for such a common component. I also asked about handlebars as I will no doubt damage them at some point but they too have been out of stock for ages and was told about six weeks. This is a easily broken part for new riders. Not happy with the parts availability. I love the bike but will have to think twice about Lexmoto in future and hopefully I don't drop the bike as I may not find the parts. Lexmoto really need to get this sorted out. I have no issue with having to replace parts regularly if they are available. I also understand that things will be out of stock from time to time but an o ring taking twelve weeks seriously. I bought a splcing o ring kit for next time as that seems like my only option.
Pretty much perfect
Prettt decent place to get many many parts for your ride and ridiculously low prices with shipping. My ledger bag was great but I wished they had packaged it in a box as the polyurethane material had a few scuffs in it unlike my key fob and receiver transponder that was correctly boxed, as couriers can be a little heavy handed at times trying to squeeze as much in their van as they can at the expense of the customers products which is simply not acceptable! Customer service agents are decent with great compatibility advice and guidance. I hoping they keep the prices low, good customer support and products with delivery and stock parts for my bike. I was able to redirect my parcel for collection at a local post office which was perfect as couriers often seem to struggle to find my address!

The whole process was very straight forward and the parts are very reasonably priced.
The only slight negative was p&p considering it was 2nd class could have been a bit less, but that said it was securely wrapped.
