Absolutely Amazing & Highly Recommenced!
I purchased an SSL Certificate for my website as mine had run out. I was attracted to Chips Internet as it was so much cheaper than the company I was currently using. The Director of the company dealt with me directly and went over and above what I expected anyone to ever do. I was absolutely stressed out as I am useless with technology and all the jargon. James explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and gave me several solutions to move forward. I decided that I would like to change my web hosting to Chips Internet and James did everything for me, he transferred all of my website to Chips Internet and personally put the SSL Certificate on for me, he set everything up including my business email address. When I purchased my website as a ‘pre-made’ website from a completely separate company, they wanted payment for learning how to do all the extra techie things like SEO & SSL but I had already paid hundreds of pounds for the site. James literally did everything for me and spent a great deal of time explaining everything as he was doing it. His service was amazing and if I could give Chips Internet 10 stars I would happily do so. I honestly cannot recommenced this company highly enough. James went the extra mile whereas the other companies have just given me a one line response if I have raised a ticket with them but James personally invested his time, knowledge and kindness and set everything up for me. I will be recommending Chips Internet to everyone. Thank you so much!
