I also fell for the white fox tracksuit and nothing! First email said busy over Xmas period but my parcel will arrive. Now they won’t respond. After seeing all of the same reviews I’m fuming. How are we meant to get our money back or do we just have to accept it? Do we report to our banks??? Surely this company need to be reported and dealt with accordingly and refund everyone.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY.... I contacted them continuously for them to say product will be with you soon. I contacted the shipping company who informed me "The seller sent us a pre-alert notification but they never actioned it so we have never recieved any package for shipping.
I have requested a refund..

Funny... i order from actual white fox on 23rd Jan and products arrived on 30th ....so 1 week. So order from white fox directly

Ordered from this company on the 27th December 2023 white fox track suit, received tracking number but its not been updated since the 29th December.
They had the cheek to ask me to review my product I replied I would if I had received it no answer to any emails or from customer service which they say is available 24/7 absolute scam do not use this company.
I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

Looks like really good deal got confirmation email etc tracking no that was 27th Dec. Never received items I purchased contacted compamy and did get a reply telling me delayed due to Xmas holidays etc however still not received items contacted company again asking for refund and no reply to emails this company is a scam

Had to click 1 as I couldn’t proceed without A scam company no confirmation of sale when I complained of not receiving my item I got a standard email reply then no further response. Thank fully my bank have refund me and are dealing with it .

Please don’t waste your money and buy from this page,they are a scam,sent about 7 emails now and they send me back the same reply every time of how it’s a busy time with the festive period. Ordered on 31st December. Wishing I looked at the reviews before I fell for this scam.

This website scammed me! Can’t believe I fell for it. Ordered in December and nothing received. Customer service stopped responding. Making a claim on my credit card!

Like many others on here I fell for thr white fox scam. Ordered on the 31st of Dec and while i have sent messages. The responses I have received are all the standard "the holidays are our busiest time". No actual update on the items and no response to me asking for money back. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order.

Still not received my tracksuits after 19 day and no response now I have asked for a refund how does this work and what’s the next steps

Scam of a website, ordered a White Fox tracksuit which took an age to deliver, once arrived quality is shocking, not at all like images on website. Email request for return and refund has been ignored. Do not order from this site!!

Avoid at all costs! Advertising White Fox boutique tracksuits - mine arrived (very late) the quality is horrendous, doesn’t resemble any of the photos on the website, asked for a refund was told no as I bought them on 241 offer!!!! Avoid this website - false advertising if you ask me!

I ordered from chiq boutique on 27/12/23 White Fox tracksuits and they are still yet to arrive . I have read people have received speedy arrivals I certainly haven’t . When will it arrive ??

I ordered a tracksuit on 30/12/2024 and whilst it may still arrive, they are not answering any of my emails so getting concerned.
Update
No parcel has arrived. Carrier has confirmed they raised a pre alert with them to obtain a tracking number but they never received a parcel. They do not answer emails. Do not order from this company or any variation of the name. SCAM
