I have been buying budget wigs for a while to try and get used to them and find my style. Now I am ready to spend more for quality. I can really tell the difference in fit and comfort. The service and communication was great and I will definitely be back for more

Love the customer service and the style of the Terra wig I ordered but the colour doesn’t suit me at all so I plan to return it and buy a different colour in the same style … customer service has been very good.

Good company that I use often. The only issue I have is their confirmation processes. Sometimes the site is not clear whether a product is on pre-order or not. The delivery timeframe is standardised as a number of working days but that is NEVER the case. There is no defined expected delivery date upon purchase and I often have to specifically query the timeframe with customer services. I think a proper review of the work processes in the service delivery regard would significantly enhance the customer experience. Otherwise pricing and quality is usually very good and I am a regular customer.

I've ordered 3 wigs from Chiquel. The first came within the fortnight and gave me a false sense of security. The second was placed on back order 40 days ago. The third was ordered early August and isn't expected till late September I am told. They do good sales, but their inventory transparency is appalling. They need to put more effort into correct stock information and delivery expectations on their website as they put into marketing (which is daily). If they did that they would be my go-to site. As it is I am reluctant to order again given the lack of transparency about stock.

Iwas a bit cautious when I first ordered, but the customer service seemed fine when I asked a question via email. It did take a long time to answer and I think it is because they are based in the USA and are on a different time zone. Any way, ordered a Loyryn wig in a browny colour and after sometime it arrived and was okay, but not me! So, I aksed for a refund and got told that I could only have a store credit as I had bought it in the weekend-only sale!! Shocking. I have now read other reviews further down, and it looks as if this is what they do all the time.

Great delivery service ,very impressed with the packaging which was excellent.

Took a while for item to be dispatched but as soon as I chased I was replied to and it was on its way. Item is lovely and I’ll be back for another purchase. Thank you

Wig is great and fits well, very comfortable. There was an item missing from my order and I was not notified, a refund has however been issued following me contacting customer services.

The quality of the product is excellent and as described. It did take a while to arrive but worth the wait. Thank you Chiquel. This won’t be my last order and you will come highly recommended 🥰

Would not let me return for a reund and only offered a store credit!! We are not in America, I want my money back.

Excellent quality, good special offers, good at keeping in contact with customer in the event of any delays etc. I was advised one of my purchases would be delayed by several months and I was offered a £10 voucher for the inconvenience. .. but in the event it arrived quite quickly.

Very reasonably priced. Good product and service. I emailed to ask when my order would be despatched and I received a reply quickly.

Love the style of this wig beautifully soft for everyday wear.
I just wished I’d gone a shade lighter - but is difficult to see shades on colour chart.
Other than that I’m very happy
