Really good shopping here once more with such good collection. Quality of material is improving. Only the prices are quite comparable to bigger clothing brand so the tendency is not to buy here

Ordered from the US. And on the website it says orders from the US are 9.95 to ship back however i emailed and they said I have to pay for shipping which is like 100USD. The pants were very small compared to the size guide. Unfortunate. I won’t be ordering again

The jeans were a much much tighter fit than I thought. I got a size 38, They are stretchy but still fit very tight to my legs. They are super cute just maybe not my style fit wise

Update on my last post: i sent in a email over a week ago and i still haven’t gotten a response.
They Say they will respond in 48 hours…That’s a lie.
Anyways here is the original post:
I orded a pair of shorts in size 34. When i recived them, they has sent me a pair of 36. The tag and even the plastic bag they sent them in clearly said 36.
I looked on the site to solve the problem myself and re-order the size 34. But now the whole style is out of stock.
I have emailed them but they haven’t responded.
But even if they do i don’t see how they will solve my problem? The style is clearly out of stock.
I feel so disappointed..
And also; When I return these I will also have to pay a return fee of 49 kr.

The clothes at chiquelle are very pretty! Loving the dresses and top I ordered. I Took a star away because as pretty as the clothes are, they should have more available sizes. Im size 34-36 (or XS-S) but most of the dresses are either one size or have size S as the smallest size. And they are kind of big for me. Another one, is that my order took over a week before they arrived. However, I sent a mail to the customer service to follow up my order when they didn’t arrive as they were suppose to, and they replied quite fast and took care it right away.

Nesten 3 uker har gått, og på sporingen står det fremdeles «We have received notification about the shipment, currently located at the sender or on its way to Bring's terminal». Synd det tar så lang tid i og med at på nettsiden står det at det skal ta 2-5 virkedager.

My order 600617 has not arrived yet.. its been over 2 weeks... I paid 59kr for delivery 2-5 Workdays... On your page you also say that delivery is on schedule.. Also sent a message to «kundeservice» and got a Mail saying my Mail couldn’t be sent..
