Working with Chirpish has freed up our time so much and taken a lot off our plates. Went from in house customer service to Chirpish.
One thing about Chirpish is they really care about providing a professional, personal and fast customer service. Yes, training the agents in the first month will mean lots of hands/ on back and forth education on your company, but they provide a great template for their team to learn about your products and policies. By month 3, I would say we are in a pretty good grove. The customer service responses reflect our company policies, tone, and product knowledge.
TLDR:
- More time for our internal team to focus on big picture
- Time saved on operations
- Relatively inexpensive for the value provided
- Great team to work with, super receptive to ideas and improvements with regards to your company’s customer service

We just started with chirpish a couple month ago as a new company and they’ve been extremely helpful. The customer responses did sound a bit robotic at first as they were just fitting to what we wanted from the brand. But they put a lot of effort in adapting responses to align with our needs. Now the responses are great ! We have peace knowing they are handling our customer service and i cant wait for future partnerships.

Chirpish have been fantastic, I was originally individual VA’s I would have to monitor and check in with but switched to Chirpish as we were scaling, they are incredible, they hand all of our customer service, relay with my supplier in regards of defective items or returns, they even reach out to customers to have them revoke chargebacks,
The give me monthly reports and my Facebook page score has even improved since using them.
I never worry about customer service issues anymore as they have everything covered! Cannot recommend them enough to anyone in the E-Commerce space. A++++

Tulgat & the Chirpish team have been such a help for me as I’ve been scaling my business over the past couple months and I couldn’t have seen the results without his services. I’ve tried to hire VA’s on my own and it never panned out as I they didn’t have the quality work that I was looking for. The Chirpish team has been everything I’ve dreamed of an more with outstanding service, quick reply’s, detailed feedback, KPI’s and more. One of my e-commerce stores scaled up really fast and I had around 30 emails a day coming in from customers. I was sick of answering them myself and wanted to completely outsource this.
