Downloaded the app one night and by the morning I was banned . I contacted customer support to which they said my profile had broken the whatever regulations to which I elected to have reviewed by an actual person, who also accused my profile of braking some kind of community regulation. I again tried to fight it to which I was told that it had already been reviewed and decision was final . So I’m forever banned for God knows what reason .

1 star is generous since they accused my account as being a bot account not even 3 days after creating it and taking my money. Never been banned from any service in my life. Horrible app and customer service.

Nothing but fake profiles. Though I had luck with it in the past, Chispa has now officially joined the ranks of other trash dating sites. Welcome if you want to waste you time and money on this site.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Complete waste of time. They only allow you to see profiles of people that live several miles from you. The site is full of bots and fake profiles. There are several married people seeking poly situationships. The site literally deletes your account with no warning no rhyme or reason. Don't waste your time.

i downloaded this app and noticed BLK uses the same page layouts as Chispa. I guess they just made one for AA.... and called it BLK. So I imagine the complaints are the same over there!
I think I will keep my money and delete both Apps!

I should have read the reviews of this site before I joined.
Why would anyone join a dating site that sends other members info that are 350 to 700 miles away. This issue started the same day I joined and has not changed. I sent them a snapshot of the distance setting on my profile to be less than 60 miles away. I sent several messages to support and received an automated message to we are looking into your concern. I sent another message and now they do not respond. This is why I searched for a place to submit a review. A total waste of time and your money.

I charged my card for $7.99 and Chispa charged me for $29. Still can't see my "matches." Seeking refund. Beware.

Chispa-app.com is a total RIP-OFF. I paid $29.99 for a one month subscription and cannot view numerous ‘Likes’ so I contacted feedback support team and received an automated message regarding frequently asked questions which was of no help. So when I tapped on ‘See who likes you” I am taken to an upgrade page. I upgraded for one week at $5.99 just to be able to view the likes but, to no avail. I contacted the feedback support team for the 20th time , to no avail. Today (3/25/24) I upgrade for one week at $19.99, because I have 24 Likes that I wish to view and I am still being deprived of viewing them. I met someone really nice on this site when I initially joined and it turned out we were not compatible but we remain friends. I feel this Chispa site is a dis-service to the dating community and a HUGE RIP OFF!!!!!
