Absolutely the worst delivery company (or any company for that matter) i have come across. Avoid at all costs. After not finding my package for weeks, they now informed me they have it, but absolutely refuse and will not deliver it to me. They demand i come to them at some distribution center to get it, even though I paid $25 extra to have it delivered to me at home. The fact that due to physical limitations i am not able to reach them (in addition to my extra payment) rudely did not seem to interest them one bit. Service at this level i have never received before. See other reviews, every one a 1 star. If your delivery is important to you, avoid them at all costs.

When Im ordering anything I pray it wont be delivered with chitah. Last time it "lost" my order. Today for change, the courrier "tried very hard to deliver..but could not.." meanehile I am at home without any missed called. Please bankrot already, your service is torture

I ordered printer cartridges and the seller offered delivery via Chita. The delivery was very slow, so I tried to contact Chita directly. They have no phone number and rely almost entirely on WhatsApp chatbots for customer service, which made getting help extremely frustrating.
When I eventually reached a human representative, I was told the parcel had been mistakenly delivered to the wrong city and would take several more days to reach me. Despite this, I continued to receive automated messages instructing me to collect the parcel from that incorrect location.
The entire experience was disorganised, time-consuming, and unnecessarily stressful. I would not use Chita again and cannot recommend their service.

Easily the worst delivery company I have ever used, bought something off of ali-express and gave me only 3 days to pick it up, the first day was literally 45 minutes before the pick up location closed. Not only did they count the day in which they delivered it late, but gave me only 3 days while the international holding days is 5 to 10 days.

god knows if there was a way for me to block you from delivering my packages i would pay extra to make sure it doesnt go through you

My order won’t arrive! I keep waiting and waiting. So annoying. I can’t even cancel it

Just horrible service, doesn't answer messages, sends packages to very far locations, doesn't honor pick up point requests.

I am disabled elderly woman. Cheeta offers me only 1 place to pick up several times. Usually its not their drop off place 5 minutes from my apartment but rather an hour bus ride away. I have tried to contact them but their app only kets me whatsapp them. Their whatsapp is a computer that doesnt deal with this problem. I do NOT recommend their delivery service in Israel

Can’t stand this delivery service. Very few pickup points, the closest from me is 15min car ride away. Some pickup points are open in impossible hours: 12-18, no Fridays. The customer support is so not flexible too. I always get really bummed out when I see my package is delivered with cheetah.

i tried to call them many times on multiple occasions and not once i got an answer. STAY AWAY!

How, tell me how to get rid of this nightmare mail. I don't want them to deliver packages to me. This is the worst thing I've seen in my life. They are killing my health.

I expected a new computer to arrive. The delivery guy phoned me Wednesday last week but didn't give me time to answer the phone. After that, he didn't pick up when I called him back.

The following day, I took my phone with me everywhere, even to the toilet and shower. He called. When he arrived minutes later, I had to argue with him to carry the computer to my door. He stopped several times to say something I didn't understand. He only spoke Hebrew (maybe Arabic, too, I don't speak that either). No English in school. He finally brought the computer to my door.

Sadly, the computer didn't work. So, here we go again.

Today, the same driver came to pick it up. He refused to come up here. He yelled at me in Hebrew when I told him I didn't understand what he said.

My son came out and carried the computer down. I'm unable to do it myself.

Now I dread for when I get the computer back.

NEVER buy from shops who use Cheetah Delivery. NEVER!

When I read some of the other - many - one-star reviews, I was even lucky here. It could have been delivered to Jerusalem or just disappeared.

I ordered a package for myself from another website, they decided to use cheetah as a deliveryman. Yesterday, before the Sabbath, the circus began with the fact that the package was delivered not to Haifa, but to Jerusalem. 150 km from the place where they were supposed to deliver. As a result, after multiple questions to the delivery service, they did not pick up the parcel and transport it to the right place. Amazing negligence

The worst courier service there is!
There are no updates during transport. Leaving packages after release by customs for days.
Do no deliver to the requested pick up point but demand pick up within 2 working days.
Refuse to transfer to requested pick up point.
Do not respond and there is no customer service.
Do not use this courier service!

I have already had problems with chitadelivery.co.il. And this time three parcels arrived, the application says that you can pick up the parcels at the Cheetah pick-up point. But as with the previous parcels, there is no SMS, no address where the parcels are. In WhatsApp, the bot answers the same thing. This is just awful!!! How can I refuse this delivery?

At first they didn't deliver the parcel to me, but they themselves made a note that I supposedly received it. A month after I started the legal process, it was delivered to me.

The parcel was delivered far from my address, 4.5 km. there is no service, no phones, no e-mail. Whatsapp has only a bot that answers the same thing to any problem. then a link appears, due to which WhatsApp freezes and does not respond.

Worst delivery system!!!
They send you the package so far that you need another shipment!!
Wish to have the possibility not to work with them!
