Do not buy!!! This company is a bunch of BS!!! I don’t believe a single 5 star review is from a real person either! I spent $70 on a pair of non slip work shoes, never arrived. What a scam!

This company is actually in China

This company is actually in China. Worst experience ever! I ordered a classic dress for $100 and received a bad joke; inferior material , Looks like a child made it absolutely nothing like the photo. The image depicted a tailored classy dress well made, and what I got was the absolute opposite. I asked for a refund they told me they could give me 10% $9.95 back!!!! I each time I corresponded with them not agreeing to this. They went up another 10% they were not willing to refund my full purchase price or get the item returned in the end, I settled for half of my money back and then they said yes. This company has no integrity and no quality workmanship. I do not recommend this company. I would never purchase from it again. And I suggest you don’t as well. I would’ve left no stars if I could have.

DO not buy from them.

The jumper I received is OK, not great, but no labels indicating material, size, or brand. The website is misleading. The product is not as good as in the pictures. You think you are buying a high-class product, but it is a middle of the road chinese knock-off of a brand product. They tease you with the 50% sale, but you are getting something that is barely worth the sale price.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Purchased a dressing gown from the website that stated it was,

"Luxurious Deep-Pile Fabric: Made from an incredibly soft, dense textile that feels gentle on the skin and provides exceptional heat insulation."

The image on the website looks great.

We received it and were extremely disappointed in the thickness of the material as it is lightweight and we have t-shirts that are made of thicker material. There are also no loops for the belt to go through as is shown on their photo.

We wrote to chloe-dubois expressing our disappointment who offered a refund if we returned it to China (about £20 postage for a £40 item) and not to the Netherlands where the web site company is.

After 5 offers from them ,
1st - 10% Refund and Keep the Product or 50% Store Credit.
2nd -20% Refund or 75% Store Credit
3rd - 30% refund and Keep the Product or 100% store credit.
4th - 40% Refund.
5th - 50% Refund.

Total false advertising and we are out of pocket for a very poor quality item 😡

MADE IN CHINA!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! The website and its description of the items are completely false and misleading The items I received were not as described, were of cheap quality without even tags to confirm materials and size. One label quite clearly stated MADE IN CHINA. I have started formal reporting proceedings against them for their breaches of consumer law and failure to provide a 100% refund at no extra cost to myself. They also operate under the ELVORIA London company name and website.

Defective boots: Advertised as orthopedic and weatherproof, but offer no support, insulation, or stability, failing their advertised purpose.

Avoid this supplier. The Women's Orthopedic Ankle Boots are poorly made, have a strong plastic odor, and provide no real support or comfort. They do not match the advertised description, and the quality is unacceptable for the price. Customer service refuses a full refund including shipping costs and only offers a percentage credit. Misleading, defective, and untrustworthy—stay away from all their products.

Learned my lesson

Learned my lesson. Purchased a dress online and what I received was nothing like the dress pictured and very poor quality. Chloe-Dubois knows exactly what they are doing - advertising high and delivering low with a return policy that most likely covers the entire cost of the cheaply made product.
They will sweetly discuss the situation with you via email, but that is just a veil for the scam like business that lurks underneath. I learned my lesson. I will not be shopping here again.
