An absolute scam. First e mail of complaint answered and delay blamed on Covid. Second e mail received by them, but remained unanswered. The latest e mail (sent today) was returned saying the domain no longer exists.
If you wish to avoid disappointment and large financial loss, stay well clear of this company and all of its offshoots. This behaviour should be stopped at the earliest opportunity by those who have the legal authority to do so.

I always check reviews before I purchase anything, this time I didn't, how I wish I had!
I was pulled in by their claim of having to close their business due to Covid.
What I received today is cheaply made, poor quality, junk!
I was excited that my order finally arrived after being ordered two months ago. I had rather it been lost in the mail than to have to open the junk that I got today.
The online photos are items of high quality, what you receive is definitely not!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

do not buy from this company, I bought something that came in wrong no way to get hold of them for return worst experience. I have tried never an answer

Got lured into this via a Facebook ad. My bad. Order took forever to arrive, as it came from Hong Kong. I actually disputed the charge with my credit card company prior to receiving the order because I did not recognize who had billed me. Unfortunately, the order arrived and it is absolute garbage. Horribly misleading advertising. I too have been communicating with "Robert" who definitely has some difficulty forming cohesive sentences. I've emailed twice and got the same message as someone else mentioned, would I consider giving this garbage to family or friends, etc. Not a word about a refund although I've made it clear I expect one. BEWARE!!!!

I ordered 3 weeks ago and did get the cheap crap yesterday. The tee shirt is shiny,silky garbage not tee shirt material at all. The beautiful hummingbird that was supposed to be on the shirt looks like someone just blasted it with a paintball and no tags on it so you don't know what it is made of but definitely flammable! I felt like I'd made a mistake ordering so I began texting immediately after I place the order to cancel it. Kept getting emailed back by "Robert" who said to be patient.

One is to high considering you have to choose a star. I’ve sent 3 emails so far and still no order. First order said it was re: Covid for the slow service. I mentioned I’d forgot my condo # and I’m not sure if that was rectified??They took my money right away $106.96...I’m not a scam artist..they are. If I don’t receive something I’m going to the Better Business Bureau and I don’t mean garbage!!! Apparently you send garbage once someone complains! It’s already 7 weeks I’d like my summer dresses for summer!

Unfortunately I didn't discover these reviews in time and I too have been victim of Chloebuy. I received one item I ordered and another item I didn't order. I emailed them several times, getting the same response as others that shipping has been delayed, but its been 6 months I haven't received the refund I requested or my items. They offered me a "big coupon", as if I'd order from them again! DO NOT order from this "company"!!!

I would never ever purchase anything from this company. I am going on 4 months of waiting for my order. I have send several emails with only one response stating that my order is being processed. If you want to be outraged by this company no matter how pretty the products may be then be like me and wait after the season is over to wear what you buy if it ever arrives. This company is full of talk and no action. I’m also going to report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I have been waiting for 3 months to receive my dresses. I have sent several emails and they keep saying the items are on their way. I am still waiting!! I know during COVID-19 things have been slower than usual. However, I have recently ordered items from other companies and those items have been to sent to me on time. What is your excuse now? I am sick and tired of waiting. I want my money back!!! This company is nothing but a sham!!!

Excellent customer service. After having some issues with some items I had delivered, I contacted New Bond Street branch who were super friendly. I ended up in the Sloane street branch and the selling agents were so helpful and made the shopping experience great.

I ordered my product on 5/6, tracking shows delivered on 6/3 but it never came. I emailed Chloe a few times and they usually take 1 week to respond. Turns out product was delivered to NY but I live in CA. It’s 7/18 and I’m still dealing with having no product or refund. Avoid this company - not worth the hassle if something goes wrong.

Not even worth one star! Took forever to receive the order! And please don’t be fooled by the pictures, my shirts that I purchased were nothing like the ones in the pictures! Very cheaply made...I’ll never order from this place again!

Chloe Plus is an absolute joke, I ordered in good faith, receiving product that didn't even come close to fitting even after I took measurements. This was the response I received from their customer service department:

Thank you for your message and really glad to be on your service.Could you please ask the return shipping fee for your item firstly from your local shipping company to see whether it is worth sending back or not? if not, maybe you can send a gift to others who like or donate those tops?Please note that the address in the package is not our warehouse's address,we have no way to pick it up and then also have no way to refund you if you have returned.

I found this to be great way to track your daily routine, you can then find out what is working and what is not. It is one less thing to worry about while helping your skin look and feel great. I recommended this to several friends that are also busy people and they love it.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!! It took two and a half months to get my order. Nothing fit and I asked for a return. I spent $80 on my items and to return I have to pay the shipping and they say they will only give me $10 refund and 30% my next order. However I will NEVER be buying from them again. The number to call them on their Facebook is some random guys phone number. He said he gets called all the time from angry customers like me. Poor guy. DO NOT ORDER! All they do is steal your money!!!!

God i wish i had read these reviews due to covid 19 i ordered a dress in Feb just got it now and its not like the picture at all. I also tried with Paypal and they refused the claim. NEVER AGAIN, People do not buy from them. If they come up on your facebook feed report them.

Purchased 4 items, not knowing they were China made. 2 items were 2 sizes too small, compared to US sizing, and I emailed their Customer Service, requesting refund. 3 days later there was a response asking if I had my order number. After my purchase online I never received an order confirmation email and there was no order paperwork in the package received. I scanned the bar codes of the 2 items to be returned and found the website. I checked the size guides and decided I would email again requesting the 2 items be exchanged for same items in larger size. That was 4 days ago and there has been no response. This is a scam and clothing is cheaply made though fabric patterns are pretty. My recommendation is Don't Buy from Chloe's.

Terrible, I ordered pants that took 2 months and when I finally got them they was too small ,didnt know they was China made. Never again ,don't order from them ever..

I bought two items from here - one item was never shipped, and the other item was INCREDIBLY cheap quality. I wanted to return the one item that was shipped to me, but they refused to accept my return despite their supposed return policy. This place is a scam that sells fake products and will run off with your money - DO NOT BUY!!!

I dont know why Chloe has so many bad reviews. I ordered a pair of shoes and i have receive them after a week in a very cute packaging. They also gave me a Chloe magazine with their latest collection. This is the official Chloe store. It is not a fraud. They will answer at the phone number placed on the website. In the future i will conaider placing an order again without any doubts.
