Ordered two pairs of sunglasses which said had a week turnaround, waited a month with multiple emails, attempts to get in touch via social media to just get ignored. The sunglasses hadn’t even been dispatched so I did a dispute with my bank and then she tried to take the money back from my bank even though she never sent me what I paid for. Avoid this scam of a ‘company’!

Still waiting for my sunglasses and ordered on the 9th of September , been in contact with them and nothing back from them. Now trying to get refund

Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses for 60 pounds. From JYY London I usually receive them on time but through chloe ferry cosmetics I am still waiting on 31st July when I ordered on 19th July. They claim 3-5 days delivery but it's fraud. They don't respond to emails and zero customer service. No idea how to get a refund so going to citizens advice

Do not buy.
I ordered these sunglasses and never received them after 10 days i Messaged and was told they were on “preorder” which is a lie as there was nothing to assume this and had “3 left” caption when i bought them.
Anyway that was fine and was told they were getting shipped that day, still waiting on them to be dispatched and also never had any emails back I’ve sent 6 :) so it’s quite clear i will be the same as most of the reviews on here.

Really poor quality of products really not happy .bought sunglasses have tried to message customer service but as usual no reply

Disappointed overall. Gift box had postal label on and had been written on. Was on a deal but sure the deal offered more than what was actually in the box. I have emailed at least four times and no reply. This was a Christmas but ended buying something else

Still waiting for my delivery witch was made over a week ago not including Saturday and Sunday not happy had no updates on shipping or delivery I'm really not happy I payed I think it was 6.99 for 3 days delivery still nothing it's been over a week if I don't here by Friday iam taking this further I'm really not happy they said royal mail will be delivering iv rang royal mail give numbers ect dosnot exact wrong digits no letters in it it's bogus

I love Chloe follow her on Snapchat and watch her stories everyday, she advertised a bath set bundle for Mother’s Day witch looked amazing nice bright colours pink purple all girly for the theme though wow be a good gift for my mam. Was very fast delivery got it within 2 days however when it came it was a black box no bright colours inside just all whites and creams two bath bombs were the same I had one bright yellow sponge, it all smelt good however with it being a Mother’s Day box I expected the same as she advertised was disappointed as I now have to change the box and get afew things extra to add so that it’s a bright colour box for my mam.

Worst customer service ever! Issue with my order and no response whatsoever via any channel. Avoid avoid avoid!

Love the products! Quick delivery, great choice and price :) the brushes are really nice quality and bronzer makes me feel fab xx

Chloe I'm really gutted that you promote such rubbish :( such a fan and supporter of yours, but I've spent money, my precious money as a nurse on product you have promoted that are not as you proclaim them to be, treats to myself ended up being a waste of my hard earned money :( please just promote things you genuinely use and beleive in

There customer service is non existent. They won’t deal with any issues, ignore emails, social media contacts etc. Such a poor brand. I’d advise anyone with issues to go to citizen advice for help in dealing with this awful company. Clearly Chloe is just the face of the brand and has no clue it’s being run by incompetent staff.

I am so annoyed that over a month ago (5th November) I have emailed because the item is damaged and no reply.. I’ve emailed 3 times now and nothing!!! This purchase was meant to be a gift for my daughter and the shadows to be honest look cheap and 2 shades are crushed. Why has no one bothered to reply?

DO NOT BUY!! orders 2 items at a value of £60 over a month ago. I have received nothing! I have emailed them 4 times and messaged on Insta gram and face book but no one will reply. Total rip off !!!!!
