Contacted on whatsapp about my order because the large Evara diffuser head is faulty, got asked to send in photos, so i did and a video, still haven't got a reply, I sent another message since and I still haven't got a reply, so I still have a defected diffuser with nothing sorted

I recently left a review on judge me ( the platform I was directed to by your website ) I have heard nothing regarding my concerns hence the 2*..since writing this review I have heard from the company and have experienced excellent customer service regarding my concerns .hence I have changed my rating from 2* to 5*

5 star items, however, I've knocked 2 stars off because delivery took 9 days and customer service was non existent when I reached out to the company to chase up my order.

I have been trying to sort out a defective order since Nov 2025. I have had multiple emails and have sent multiple pictures of the defected dinnerware and no one has come back with a resolution. This is appalling. Please can someone get in touch with me as soon as possible to resolve this.

Update: 15/02/2026. After seeing my review, customer service got in touch promptly and sorted out the problems with my order. They apologised for the delay due to busy holiday season. I am now very satisfied with the actions taken by the company.

The products that I have bought from Chloe Jade Home are exceptional. The latest item I bought was to try their Dolni Blackberry Oud scent along with the white ceramic vase & reeds. Well this diffuser is fantastic. The strength & long lasting scent is just perfect & smells delicious. The quality is exceptional. I thoroughly recommend this product.

I bought a 2200ml Senses Ocean diffuser as it was in the showhome and it smelt lovely, filling the whole house. Mine was very disappointing, you can't smell it unless you are on top of it. I reached out to Chloe Jade and was told to flip the reeds every 2-3 days, which I did, but still hardly any scent. Having highlighted this to Chloe, we concluded it must have been either an isolated faulty product, as this scent has worked very well for others, or faulty reeds. Chloe quickly offered a replacement so we can fill our home with a beautiful aroma. Thank you Chloe!

I spotted the beautiful Extra large Deia diffuser on display in a shop in the Cotswolds but unfortunately the shop did have stock. Having searched the internet l found it on the Chloe Jade site. It arrived safely in secure packaging, looks amazing and I hope to be able to order other items soon.
