I purchased a pair of shoes, and I did not receive them, even though I had an email claiming that they were delivered. I sent emails telling them that I did not receive it but there was no response. I wish I goggle the company before I make a purchase.
I would never recommend this company they are not honest

Chinese scam company. Clothing and shoes look good on website but are very poor quality and cheaply made. Prices look good as sale items but even sale prices are way too high. Save your money and don't be fooled. Crap clothing and cardboard shoes.

I ordered items and when they came they were not at all as hoped for or expected. Sizing and quality was way off! I tried to return them in July 2025 and ran into the same issues I have seen others say online. I mailed them back to China! on my dime of course, as stated and they were returned to me 6 m onths later in January 2026. I would really appreciate some customer service ????

This review is for Mason & Chloe Vancouver. Their site reviews are likely fake and I wish I would have done more research. I assumed I was buying from a storefront in Vancouver. Instead it came from China and 3 weeks through customs. Pure garbage. Very cheap materials. Advertised for reg price $249. Seriously? It came not in a shoe box but a plastic bag. I could attempt a return but the customer is responsibly for shipping fees back to China.

As with other reviews the items I received were not at all as advertised. Cheap, not fabric advertised.
They claimed a store front in Vancouver , this is a scam.
There is a reason why you can’t see reviews on web site.
I jumped too soon same on me for not researching deeper, good for you if you are reading this before purchase.
All other reviews are exactly like my experience. Returns are to China, customer absorbs cost of any exchange or return, also pays additional taxes, and fees required at border.
Scam alert, terrible experience, never again

After my order took nearly a month to arrive the quality of the fabric was cheap, paper thin, flimsy polyester. I immediately started a return. I was told I would have to pay to ship it to China. Naturally I found that absurd given that they claim it’s a New York company. I learned it would cost $70 to ship a $135 order. I let them know this. They said that I could keep the order and they would give me a 15% credit. That was 2 months ago and no credit has been received. I keep emailing every couple of weeks, only to get a litany of lame excuses. This company is nothing more than a scam. Avoid ordering anything from them.

I ordered several items and when they arrived, they were nothing like I ordered. A very cheap material and wrong sizes and styles. I rejected the charges and my credit card bank agreed with me and cancelled the charges.

Scam fraudulent company. Ordered dress, does not match picture and wrong size. You must pay for shipping to return that is between $250-$300. They apologized for the shipping costs, but that is just the way it is, and I’m quoting. Another thing I noticed, I keep seeing the same clothes, but thru different titles, DO NOT PURCHASE, all running the same scam.

This is a terrible company. I bought a dress and it did not fit. I returned it to the return address on the package and they said it was the wrong place for returns. Since it was too late to stop payment I am out for the price of the dress and postage both ways! Never buy from despicable company!

This company is fake-I purchased 3 blouses and 1 pant on the 11th of May. Their website said items will be delivered between 7-14 work days. They didn't arrive until 1 month later. By this time, I realized items were coming from China and not NY. There website footer (which I have a screenshot from) when I started the dispute stated that they were in NY. Then I wanted to cancel the order, they said not possible but you can return the items once received. The return address is in the Netherlands. So not only are they not local they are fraudulently calming that they are going to retire and closing the store - all lies. Do not BUY anything from this company you will not be able to return or exchange. This is a scam!

A horrible company that sells the lowest quality clothing and offers zero customer service. Sure, you can return your purchases within ten days of receipt. Just go to your nearest post office and pay up to $48.00; they charge an additional tracking fee, as these items are being sent to Beijing, China. I have donated everything to our local homeless shelter. Shamless and Ruthless company.

I’d give a zero stars if I could. Extremely poor quality fabric, stitching, fit. Advertised as a New York store but the items get shipped from China. Returns? Ship them back to China at your own cost!

Really, zero star is more appropriate. I too fell for the IG advert. Ordered two shirts which I thought might work on an upcoming cruise several weeks away. They kept sending me emails advising me of the updates on my order. When I finally inquired exactly WHEN I might expect them, then I got the personalized messages which did not answer the question, only I could rest assured they were on the way! I sailed before the shirts arrived ... no surprise. When I return, they had arrived and I opened the package. The fabric is reminiscent of those plastic doileys your great grandmother used to put on tables under lamps and vases -- plastic! There is NO way I would ever wear them -- you'd melt! One shirt has fabric content and washing instructions on it; the other does not. These very special shirts went into the trash -- I will not even donate them. Should've known better .. my advice is save your money.

Total crap. Went right into the trash. Did not resemble ad photograph at all. Also, beware: the exact ad copy about closing after 26 years is duplicated on instagram for at least two other “NY businesses”. And closing tonight at midnight was a month ago and they are still saying it, LOL. So, they scammed me with poor quality goods. OK. Live and learn. I’m fine. Just heed my foolishness.

This company is highly deceiving. How can I give it zero stars?

I ordered two dresses June 1 from purportedly a long-time New York City dress store "going out of business after 26 years". My package was held up in customs in LA for over two weeks--meaning my order most certainly did not come from NYC. It came from China. The delivery was June 28th.

When I emailed customer service, "Olivia" said they were a new company and working out their delivery and distribution problems. New, from a sweat shop in Asia? ....or old and in NYC? Definitely the former, I now know.

The products were horrible quality. Poor sewing on both dresses, baggy, and fabric that felt like the plastic wrap in your kitchen drawer.

Extraordinarily low trust worthiness. Outrageously slow delivery. And I presume the return and refund will be equally difficult if not impossible. Do not use this company.

UPDATED: The company says it is happy to accept a return. And I can send it to the following,---with the shipping costs as my responsibility. I was a deceived customer, when I am usually very discerning. I bet it cost them $2.00 to make these two excuses for two dresses. They will be going to Goodwill today.

Where to begin.
Apparently I have a linen addiction, and stumbled across an image of a ruffled collared linen shirt at a great price via Chloe and Mason as seen on IG.
Learning lesson, omg the blouses finally arrived, and sadly what arrived ha, was some sort of poly fabric white on one side and rough approximates of the color "orderd" on the other. After reaching out via email I was offered a couple of options, including 15% off as a rebate on my existing order or a discount on a future order. As if!
Now I am invited to send my "blouses" back to China!

That is not likely so, in short I'm out approx $100.
Don't let this happen to you!

Delivery took almost 4 weeks;
quality of fabric poor with no fabric content or laundry instructions and construction very poor;
when I asked to return items I was offered exchanges for $9.95 per item, then eventually exchange for no charge;
finally I was given address in China for returns, but no form to complete, I had to ask for the form;
all communications took one to four days for a response.
The cost for returning my items is over $200, so I am stuck with them.

I ordered a dress but when it arrived it didn't look anything like what was advertised. It was poorly made, top stitched with mistakes (white thread over a dark floral pattern and obvious back stitching to correct mistakes!)
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam.

I bought two dresses and wanted to return one. They would give me only 15% cash back.. They told me I could keep the rubbery synthetic dress. Their second "return option" was to refund NOTHING BUT get a 30% discount on any other item (which I also could not return if I didn't like it.) They I would have paid 170% for the dress and a new product. Should have read Trust Pilot FIRST
