Chloe was a lovely and welcoming lady, explained everything to me about all the treatments I was going to be having!.
And the aftercare that I would need to do, I would definitely recommend Chloe for anything beauty or aesthetics to anyone.

This women is not even a qualified hairdresser. Absolutely so disappointed when I got home bear in mind at a cost of £400!!! I felt so embarrassed going out as they looked ridiculous, NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I didn't get my hair. even the order number, i ordered my hair 2 weeks ago. I want my money back!!!!!! and can't contact anyone

worst customer service ever! I've tried to purchase clip in hair extensions and after I put in my card details, I got error message saying to contact customer service. It's been almost 2 weeks, several emails sent and no reply! Phone number given on the website is not valid either. So they took my money, didn't give any confirmation of the order and don't bother to respond to any emails! Don't buy from them!

I have already posted a review but I am still waiting. I have asked for a refund and I have had no reply. It is fraudulent behaviour - beware and now I have to seek assistance from the Consumer Commission

Will take your money even if an item is out of stock, will send you the wrong colours instead if its out of stock, all without telling you, then when you try to return for a refund they will refuse to send you a return address and then if you are a lucky one who gets a return address, you won't get your money back! Awful service, cant believe they are allowed to trade

I'm absolutely disgusted. I placed an order on 11th August 2018 for a wedding I was going to as it said 2-3 days delivery. after 2 weeks I had still not received the hair so I emailed the support team who then told me that I should not have been charged or sold the hair as my colour was out of stock. They said that it would be back in stock the following week if I wanted to wait or else I could get a refund. I decided to wait. Another 2 weeks later I still had not received the hair and emailed the support team again who said it still wasn't in stock. I asked for a refund and got a confirmation email that my order was cancelled. On 2nd Oct I got a text from the delivery company saying that my hair would be delivered the next day. it arrived and now I had no need for the hair as I had went elsewhere as this was now 2 months later. I emailed the support team who sent me the postage label for return. I returned the hair the next day. I waited 30 days for my refund which never came. i emailed the support team again who told me that they did not receive the hair and asked for my tracking number ... which I did not have as I used the free returns label. the support team has now ignored me for over 2 weeks and I'm down £75 and now have no choice but to contact my bank and get my money back on there end. Also messaged them on Facebook and they've chose to ignore me. Scammers!

The extensions arrived super fast and the quality of them for the price is amazing! Perfect colour, nice and thick and really comfortable to wear. Glad I came across this brand, will definitely continue to buy from here :)

I get my hair extensions in about 3 days in Europe (Montenegro) which is great!!!Onesly i like everything about them !Colour is perfect and moust important i don't feel clips in my head at all !!! The price is cool and I'm going to buy this extensions again !!!
