Van Le was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no rushed sales process. We took our time and did not feel pressure. The ring was fantastic quality workmanship, we're very happy!

Van was very considerate when helping us find our wedding bands, she helped us find the right design for us and even made my finance’s ring from scratch. She also fixed my engagement ring to match the band included in the price! Communication was great and could what’s app any time.

Van did an amazing job of finding exactly what we wanted, discussing our options and designing our wedding rings. She also arranged for my fiancés engagement ring to be reshaped to fit the wedding ring. Would highly recommend

I accidentally broke one of the claws that held onto the diamond, I took it back to Chloe’s jeweller to repair and they done such an amazing job it’s like a whole new ring. They took everything out carefully and redone the entire ring in 2 days, I love it even more now. 10/10 definitely recommend

Van le was absolutely amazing. I fell in love with a vintage Cartier eternity ring but it was too small. She was able to replicate it but with subtle alterations to the shape so that it fit with my engagement ring perfectly.

Just wonderful service even after a purchase 2 years ago. Van Lee is so warm and friendly and they really do go above and beyond! Probably the best customer service I have ever known. Can't thank you enough!

My husband and I had purchased my engagement ring from Chloe’s which we are extremely about. Not only did we receive the best customer service at the time of purchase but the aftercare service (a year later) is beyond what I have ever experienced as I find not many people care after you have purchased something. Staff at Chloe have been really helpful as I found my ring started to feel tight and I needed it made bigger. Staff at Chloe let me try on a few rings for comfort and also talked me through the process of which one would be better fit. I have been very happy with the service received here and I would come back again.

I recently visited Chloe’s Jewellers and met Shorona there who was extremely helpful and personable, really taking the time to share her knowledge with me. I talked about another particular setting of jewellery that I was struggling to find and Shorona explained she would be able to tailor make this piece to suit me. I would go back to Chloe’s again for the great service and quality of jewellery provided.

EXTREMELY disappointing experience with Chloes Jewellers, Hatton Garden : therefore I would certainly NOT recommend them.

Tried (albeit unsuccessfully) "several times" to purchase a piece of jewellery - my personal experience can be summarised as follows:-

1. Non responsive online
2. Poor communication
3. Lack of understanding of their own stock
4. A tad arrogant .....

There are plenty of other stockists within Hatton Garden to do business with .....
