Absolutely incompetent

CHL Management are without doubt the worst managing agent I have encountered. They consistently ignore correspondence for weeks, fail to acknowledge formal complaints, and deliberately attempt to shift their legal obligations onto leaseholders. When issues arise they deflect, delay and obfuscate rather than take any meaningful action. Their so-called management service is a complete failure. Any freeholder or developer appointing them should be prepared for incompetence, negligence and a total disregard for leaseholder rights. Avoid at all

Lack of transparency and poor communication

I have had a very frustrating experience dealing with this property management company.

There appears to be a consistent lack of transparency regarding service charges, including difficulties obtaining clear breakdowns, invoices, and supporting documentation.

Communication has also been poor. It is extremely difficult to get clear responses via email or phone, and issues often remain unresolved for long periods of time.

In addition, there are concerns about the quality and cost of contractors used, which do not seem proportionate.

Overall, the experience has been stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
