Missed call from Choc

Got a missed call from one of the numbers used by this hospital. Called back shortly only to realize they are a hospital. This worried me so I looked forward to speaking to whoever would answer the number I was calling back. This is when I realized the number was answered by an automated voice saying they can't answer my call. Why are they calling and not leaving voicemails? Why are they calling from numbers they do not answer once call is returned? Get your act together.
