Had never used before and was a bit nervous ordering high end beauty product from an unknown (to me) however, I needn't have worried.. Everything perfect!

Out of date products and zero customer service.
Delivery to overseas client in Australia was fine. Problem was I received food items (peanuts) that were 2 months out of date that were packed 10 days earlier and clearly had not been checked or ignored.
I contacted the sales email address with photographs and all order details and never heard back. Don’t know how these clowns stay in business with customer service like this.

The item you purchased clearly has the best before date mentioned in the product description title and then again in the product description which you seemed to have ignored when purchasing.
Our large customer base are happy to purchase the one offs we get from time to time products that are past their best before dates or short dated at the fraction of the normal price.
We have received no contact from yourself regarding this order.
