Be very wary, the online description of "the handmade paper box that houses the Knipschildt Signature Chocolate Collection is like peeking into a treasure chest! Each handcrafted chocolate is an artistic handmade jewel. . ." does not correspond to what Chocopologie sends out. The description reads - one handmade box, and the image is a gorgeous little sturdy red box, but what arrived as a gift was an thin cardboard ordinary box. The chocolates were not as pictured, not colored and not rounded, in fact it was totally different chocolates - a far cry from what was pictured online. A true disappointment to be duped, especially for that price.

Greatest chocolates - But super lousy on anything else. Ordered product via Williams Sonoma on June 4. Label was created to ship on June 5. Nothing arrived. Had Williams Sonoma contact vendor multiple times and was promised a delivery of June 23! Never arrived . Needed this product for a special occasion. Spend almost two hours with Williams Sonoma on multiple calls of trying to get the product to me as they were in contact with you guys. Again, I really like the product, but you guys miserably failed to deliver (and please don't blame COVID as you had ample of time to deliver!) My advice to others: If you have several months you can wait to get the product go ahead and order, but if not so chose another brand.
