AVOID
I received a damaged pillow and contacted them by using their contact regarding it. I never received a confirmation that they received the form. I waited about a week before I emailed them directly. It's been about five days and no response. I've previously emailed them asking how long it would take for me to receive the pillows. I never got a response which made me start to feel like an illegitimate website. It doesn't help that their returns page is a copy paste of some other website.
The pillow also don't feel like the ones I used in the hotel.
