Poor customer service
Really not impressed by this company. Having sent them my contact details twice I’ve heard nothing. Perhaps it was me saying I didn’t have the money for a deposit on a house ($100 k) . Well, I don’t have that sort of money hanging about but with a bit of thought it may well be possible. However, when I said that, I heard nothing more. It would have been really nice irrelevant if I had that money hanging about if they had just rang (as they said they would) to give us more info before we gathered that amount of money.
Surely any financial transactions of that size needs careful study of all the information.
I guess we felt disappointed that having answered our emails and saying they would ring for a chat they didn’t when we mentioned we didn’t have $100k for a deposit available.
Whilst we may indeed buy a property abroad I doubt it will be with this company
