Don't buy products. Bought mag. lashes. Before I even got them out of the container they fell apart. Made the mistake of paying though Paypal which did nothing to protect me. I informed them that I thought I had been scammed. Took weeks to receive them and Paypal said I had received them even though USPS said they were on there way.
Storm Media is who receives payment. Please protect yourself, do your homework. I wish I had before ordering this s**t.

The video advertisement for magnetic eyelashes showed 4 sets in a case with two sets labeled right and left. There was a special bargain for ordering an extra set, which I did. I expected 8 eyelash sets total.
After greater than 45 days, I received two small cardboard boxes that were unsealed. They contained one eyelash set in each box. I do not know if they are right or left. If I had not ordered the extra bargain set, would I then wear one eyelash and not one for the other eye? Unsealed box has me worried for sanitary reasons to place near my eye.

I ordered the suction cups on 24th August but hadn't seen this site until yesterday and then panicked that I would neither see my order or my money again. However I messaged them on Facebook and received a response within a few minutes directing me to their website to make any queries. I emailed them as requested stating I was concerned about my order and couldn't see a shipping period, again a response within 15 minutes stating shipping is usually 15-20 days and gave me a tracking number. The items arrived today so actually less than the stipulated time frame (12 days). So not sure about all these bad reviews I guess it's just a chance you have to take when you order something being shipped from abroad. I would buy from them again.

Ordered start of July, item not despatched until 1 month later. It has now been 'in transit' with china mail for 5 weeks and is not even in the U.K. and probably never will be at this rate.
Repeated emails to 'customer service' deny refunds, tell me to be patient and fin me off.

Ridiculously long delivery that in my mind probably will never arrive - rubbish tracking site so essentially spend your money on nothing received - avoid don't buy from this retailer.

I ordered the magnet eyelashes over two months ago. Nothing has been received. They informed me they had been sent and gave me a tracking number that isn't even for my address. They said there system doesn't allow them to cancel orders so they will not refund. They are not legit

I ordered bras, received them and on the same day I received them ,I returned them as they were the wrong size. I simply resealed the package, and put Return to Sender on the package and put it in my mailbox. There was no packing information or directions on how to return a package enclosed in my package of 3 bras. I also put a note in the package asking for my credit card to be credited . I have been back and forth, by e-mail at least 12 times and each time they tell me that they need a tracking number , the form for returning the package and other documentation. I have written back to them each time, saying that there was no information on how to return the package and no return form. They have now told me there is nothing they can do and thank me for my understanding. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY TO RECONSIDER AND AVOID THEM. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I am filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General's office and the NYS Better Business Bureau.

If I could have rated them a negative 10, I would have. It took forever to reveive my order, and when it arrived I was very disappointed. I ordered the magnetic eyelashes and talk about falsh advertising! They are soooo small, they barely fit half of my eye. I tried to get refunded or trade for something else and they wouldn't let me! They just stole my money!!! I will never buy anything from them again!!!

Terrible. Ordered magnetic eyelashes and was given a tracking number. It never changed status just said it was Heathrow bound. 5 friends ordered and they to got the runaround. They promised me on 6 ocassions it was on its way so after 6 weeks I got my refund from PayPal. The company is a joke

Beware!!!! This company is a thieving scamming organisation. No product received. They take your money, give a fake tracking number and keep asking for you to be patient. Many people have been scammed - see Trustpilot and Facebook. The company will be reported over and over and they need to be reported to the police. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will lose your money

As with all the other reviewers, I ordered via FB and have been waiting since July 3rd! Keep being told it's been approved to ship from the port in China, but tracking shows it's been there since July 30th! No movement since then! Not worth the magnetic eyelashes... They won't even address my request for refund!

Is this another rip off and useless waste of money just like the magnetic lashes I bought from choicest one. Incomplete set and what a load of crap. Notified I got the set incomplete but no answer or actions of refund or at least replacement. If I were you guys I would not buy anything from choicest one. My order came from China 😳 Guess this says it all... too bad I didn't do previous research got led away by super positive reviews in fbk but now ad has disappeared from fbk oooopppsss looks like there's been loads of complaints but they've already made their money and carry on selling other 💩

I ordered something for my wife 1.5 months ago at it never came. They sent me a tracking number that shows "no tracking record" when I search it. They refuse to refund. At this point, I feel the company is bogus. I have filed a claim with PayPal.

UNRELIABLE. I previously reported that I thought I had been fobbed off by Choicest1 with emails confirming that my magnetic eyelash order purchased through an advert on Facebook was being processed. In fact, the order eventually arrived, two months later posted from China, BUT the product was not as the video demonstrated and was completely unwearable. I would not purchase anything from Choicest1

Should have read the reviews on this company first. Two months later, no lashes and they refuse to refund. My advice just give them your money and expect nothing in return, because that is what will happen. Money down the drain!!!

I contacted the BBB. If they get enough complaints filed against this company then they can take action, so please take the time and file with the BBB

Ordered from them and never received my product. They sent it to the wrong address which was confirmed through the company. I sent them a screen shot of my correct order and they disappeared. Needless to say I'll be stopping at the bank today to file a report and then calling the better business bureau.

This company is a rip off! I ordered a product and never received it and for compensation I received a whole $1.49 refund when I paid $19.92! Crooked company, don't buy from them!

Scam! They don't ship product and won't credit! I'm trying to get my money back from PayPal. Hopefully they shut this scam down!

Terrible customer service. I placed an order and it's been over a month and I havent received it yet. Emailed customer service and they had the audacity to tell me days later that they had not yet received feedback from their "team" regarding my order. Also, the supposed link to track your order only takes you to a site full of spam and still does not give you any information regarding your order. I just cancelled mine through Paypal so they can shove it.

What tracking number starts with LW? IS THIS A REAL COMPANY? IF SO, WHAT'S THE PHONE #?
Their phone# only is a vmsg. I reported them to my credit card company and they are investigating them. Deactivated my cc for fear they may use it. Amazon uses this company but I don't think they know they're fraudulent

DO NOT give this company your personal/banking info. They take your money and never send the product ordered. They are a complete and total SCAM! I am lodging complaints with my bank, the Better Businss Bureau, and the consumer reporting agencies in an effort to shut these scammers down!
