Ordered a co-ord set and it didn't fit great so sent it back. I asked for a refund to my original payment method as the policy states.

"We are initially issuing store credit in the form of gift cards for items purchased on sale or with a discount code. This provides a convenient way for you to use your value toward future purchases.

If you would prefer a refund to be issued back to your original payment method, please let us know. "

Had a reply saying they would only offer store credit. Have since received a gift card which I have no use for. I would avoid this company at all costs, theres much easier company's to deal with who are fair. I will be contacting my bank to recover the money.

It’s been 30 days, they haven’t sent me the package, I haven’t received any tracking updates, and I’ve sent them five different emails. They just keep replying with generic responses saying they’ll look into it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give 0, this company wouldn’t even deserve that. I bought 3 tracksuits from here, they sent me faulty items which came 10 days late. I wanted to return them for a full refund, regardless of their policy, because the items were faulty. I had to pay for return postage and was told it would be free and/or I’ll be reimbursed, which it wasn’t and no reimbursement happened. 3 months later after paying Klarna for the remainder of the order, Choix reported that I was issued a gift card for these faulty items to Klarna, which was completely untrue, and therefore Klarna added late fees etc to part of an order that was returned because they sold me damaged goods. This is still not resolved and there is no evidence of this “gift card” by post or email. Their customer services are unhelpful and amateur, and don’t respond to the queries or issues you may have.

Good clothes and easy site to use, takes a while to arrive tho

I requested a refund within the allowed returns period, but was refused a refund to my original payment method and told I could only receive a gift card because a discount code was used.

This was not made clear at the point of purchase and effectively forces customers to spend with them again.

Policies like this appear to override standard consumer rights, which is concerning.

Customer service did not offer any resolution beyond repeating their policy.

I will now be pursuing a chargeback through my payment provider.

Would not recommend.

Unbelievable quality, designs and fit.

I purchased some item's unfortunately the sizing isn't fantastic so I sent back the day after delivery, which cost me £4.50

However they don't refund you to your bank, they keep you money and send a voucher.

What good is a voucher if they have nothing that fits you.

I’ve ordered from Choix many times now and my experience has been great, from the quality of the clothes with such an affordable price, to the customer service is delivery isn’t prompt (which is usually is). I definitely recommend.

I returned 2 items as the quality was awful. Still haven’t received any money back and get no response from emails.
Avoid this company.

Good quality clothes and reasonably priced. I have bought T shirt and Co ords and none of the clothes have faded and the sticking and quality is on par with higher quality brands.

Extremely poor customer service.
I had an order that took 3 and a half weeks to arrive. Once I received it I tried to return the items as no longer required them as I had been on the holiday I wanted the order for. The return was out of date because it took so long to arrive, I was issued with a new returns number. Parcel sent off and received by the company, only know this because the currier company gave me a recipe of delivery. Had no email saying my return is on process and refund will be issued. Countless emails later still waiting for my money been a month now.

Stealing peoples hard earned money with poor customer service and just plane rudeness to not reply to emails.

The quality of Choixx clothing is unmatched. I’ve brought a number of things from them now and love every single item as much as the next. 100% my go to brand for more a less everything!!

Order arrived early and as expected

Although i am a big fan of the quality of clothing at choixx, their customer service is very poor and totally unacceptable. I placed an order on 28/03/26 & unfortunately due to the items being too small,
I initiated the return process to exchange them for a bigger size! They received those items back at the warehouse on 13/04/26. I have sent 4-5 emails in the space of 3 weeks, the latest one being a few days ago and i haven’t had a single correspondence to any of them. Completely ignored. And i am still yet to receive any update on my exchanged items thats should of been dispatched.

Brought the windbreaker jacket very comfortable and getting many compliments.

Purchased the charcoal gray and the sand color short set! Great fit! Ready for summer time!
