Potentially a scam

Unsure at this stage weather a scam or not.
We ordered a chompsaw from their website in February. We were told we’d have to wait until the end of march for delivery, fine. End of march comes and goes no correspondence from chomp saw.
We follow up, they say they’re out of stock and don’t know when they’ll be back in stock.
I leave a review on instagram, get told they’re always in stock and delivered in 5 days. However we then go on to confirm that the site we used was legitimate and they don’t know what’s going on.

So no chomp saw, terrible customer service, currently waiting on a refund.
