I've had several items of jewellery…

I've had several items of jewellery from Chopard over the years. But two expensive items perform extremely poorly, one is my watch, which was so expensive and doesn't keep time at all. It's automatic. I'm out of warranty now, so I haven't bothered getting it checked again, but I just wear it as a piece of jewellery now. The second is a ring, where the glass fell out and I lose the diamond because of that. Also out of warranty. Very poor quality for a supposedly luxury brand company.

JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!

Please spare yourself the disappointment and dont buy this brand. I bought a 10K chopard happy diamond watch. In less than 1 year I sent it back for repair 4 times in a row!! The face cracked with the slightest movements. Then the battery died. Then It started losing time and the minute handle just fell off and is floating inside the face. Im beyond upset. Cant believe such a fashion brand should have such absolute crappy quality.

Chopard’s Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I expected a luxury experience from Chopard, but their product quality and customer service are shockingly bad. My ring needed repairs almost immediately after purchase—completely unacceptable for a so-called high-end brand. The repair process has been a nightmare: endless delays, lack of communication, and zero accountability. Months have passed, and I still don’t have my ring or a refund. I bought ring in Nov 24, still didn't get it back.

Chopard’s after-sales service is a disaster. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away.

Happy Diamonds range.

My husband bought me 4 jewellery items from the Happy Diamonds range, which have been very disappointing. The 2 pendant necklaces, whilst beautiful, I find that the weighty clasp/bar and logo creep around to the front of the necklace and then sit next to the pendant, which looks ugly. I am constantly adjusting it back. The matching earrings are too weighty and have stretched one of my pierced holes in my ear (been pierced for 50 years) and therefore they now sit lopsided. The bracelet has several lengths; my wrist is small so there is a long excess which just hangs there.

I have been through many Chopard store and he is one and only that will go out of his way to help you, besides being courteous, professional, and patience. What an absolute joke of a company

What an absolute joke of a company! I sent my £15000 watch for a new battery direct to Chopard and it came back broken!
Below is my reply from Chopard
'Unfortunately, this is not something we can rectify. I am attaching the official letter with an explanation that can be shared with the client.
We will send it back to you without any intervention.'

Sofie Goossens is such a nice and lovely person. It’s been a while, since we have been, in a shop, of a well known brand, where the representative was so involved in the philosophy of what she is selling. She was very attentive, listened carefully, has a lot of empathy. She knew all the things to say about Chopard we didn’t know yet. Very interesting. She picked up on the details. We, my sister & I, would like to tank her again. We had a wonderful time in your shop, nevertheless we didn’t spend a lot. We felt welcomed. Thank you Sofie

Uncomfortable glasses

I recently purchased a pair of Chopard prescription glasses, but after a couple of days I had to return to my optician. The Chopards were the most uncomfortable pair of glasses I have ever worn. The nose pads were very roughly finished and dug into the side of my nose every time I moved. Not what I would expect from a pair of so called 'luxury' glasses. Fortunately the lovely dispenser at my optometrist managed to replace the nose pads with alternative ones so I can now wear the glasses, but this should not have been necessary if Chopard had finished the original nose pads to an acceptable standard.

Lovely wallet shame about the quality

I purchased a small Chopard mini mens wallet it was perfect size for my pocket not too big just right to hold all my cards. I bought the wallet a few years ago but overtime the leather has started to get very sticky I've tried the best saddle soaps along with other leather treatments but still no joy apart from the sticky leather the wallet is in perfect condition but unfortunately at this moment its probably going end up in the dustbin I've given it 3 Stars for the look and design. In the past I have purchased other Chopard items and they have been great but can't say the same for the Leather goods.

First class customer service

Not only they are a first class jeweller, but they have the customer service you expect from one (unlike some other high end brands I won't mention).

Fast and personal response, goes out of their way to provide info and customized orders. Really make you feel like a valued customer (which you are, given the price paid!) Very well packed and padded parcels for problem free shipping.

Truly Swiss quality. You get what you pay for.

I love your sunglasses, but they're flawed

I love your sunglasses, I have had multiple of them and I only have one complaint: the band of the holder that keeps the sunglasses fixed to your head, so the wooden part specifically from The Aviator series that latches itself onto your ear wears out after a while, thereby making it so that the glasses can easily fall off by doing something as simple as looking down. If Chopard can only fix this then it would be perfect.

I have a hard time finding sunglasses…

I have a hard time finding sunglasses that compliment my face but I found the most beautiful pair by Chopard. They are extremely comfortable and filter the sun incredibly well. They are exceptionally designed and I can wear them with a casual outfit or a fancy dress. I get compliments every time I put them on.
