Your meat is fantastic. The bacon was way too thick. It will be great to sauté for casseroles and anything that calls for bacon like beef bourguignon, but not a breakfast meat. Flavor is great.

Very tender steak. The fillet and Ribeye are my favorite steaks and cook perfectly like a chef cooked them. The salmon is excellent quality as well.

I placed an order for my nephew's birthday. The initial shipment was marked as 'delivered' by UPS. However, the recipient did not get the box although he was home at time of delivery. Called Chop Box customer service to see what could be done. Without much question, they immediately shipped a duplicate replacement box. This time, the recipient received the box.
Not too often do you receive this kind of service--I'm glad Chop Box does!!
