The car was in fabulous condition and hopefully will prove a very good purchase. There was no hard sell of products they offer alongside the car which can be quite irritating but he did point out my options. My wife and I both have a car supplied by Chorley Group MG now so that says it all.

I booked my car in for a 2nd year service. The price was £385! They said it was a major service. Change of oil and a couple of filters! On the bill it included labour at £180! The car was only in an hour and a half! While I was there they said they they had some amazing new deals. We decided to have a test drive in an mg3 trophy hybrid which we were quite impressed with. I told the young salesman that I qualified for the mg affinity deals which I had got on my last two mgs. He showed me the deals which were discussable, but when I looked at home later they were the same details on their website that were open to all customers? Do they not participate in the scheme? Did the salesman not know this?. However when they valued my car (mgzs1.0ltr) at £11600 I was shocked. When I questioned why that was a nearly 50% depreciation in two years was told they would have to service the car which had just been done that day! They then said because of this they would offer as a good will gesture £12000. I said that was not quite enough and left it at that. I later got a phone call from the salesman saying that if they offered £12500 would Ibe interested, Itold him maybe and he said he would ring me back. No phone call no nothing ! In the past Ihave used this company buying4 Nissan cars and 2 mg cars. Never again! I will use another dealer in the future

Reece at mg was so helpful and he even got me and my partner coffee and a hot chocolate and also he brought the car round for my partner so that he can get in the car and also there was another gentleman that helped me put my partner’s mobility scooter in the back of the car as well as I was struggling to put it in and he was so helpful and patient as while my partner got sorted in the car the car and I just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at mg for making me and partner feel so welcome and also when they said that there £500 cash back and they said it would take 2 weeks it was a nice surprise that it was in on the same day and I would like thank Reece and the manager very much

Just purchased a Lexus NX, and due to my wife and I having to travel over 100 miles to collect I needed everything to go smoothly with no glitches.
I need not have worried as the communication from everyone was 1st class.
All of my queries were dealt with promptly and professionally from first contact to driving off the forecourt.
They made sure we had a trouble free handover.
This is the reason I chose a reputable dealership over a car supermarket, as the personal attention was exactly what I was looking for.
I was kept informed throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble.
I want to particularly mention Reece the salesperson and Adam the sales manager, great guys who were on the ball at all times.
Not just them but the receptionists who were always willing to help and the valeters who made the car look immaculate.
It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Hats off to Andrew and Craig at Chorley MG Blackpool. They went above and beyond to ensure my holiday wasn't spoilt by a battery issue on my ZS EV. I was down to 25% after driving around trying and failing with various CCS fast chargers and it was looking like I wasn't gonna make it back home.
Not only did they let me use their on site charger overnight but Craig also offered to pick me up from St Anne's to bring me to my car the following morning.

The contract documents are accessed via a secure link - this can be a little fiddly as it requires you to photograph your ID and take a selfie each time you log in. This could be made a little more user-friendly, but didn't detract too much from our experience.

Staff really helpful and knowledgeable. My only disappointment was as not being able to reserve the car before I made a final decision to buy. This is usually an option I believe, but I wasn't able to do so.
The car itself was very good value for money and immaculately presented.

Our car broke down, so we went to book it in with Blackpool MG and spoke with the service team (Amelia and Keith, the service manager). They were not helpful whatsoever, lied to both me and my girlfriend, and need to work on their customer service skills, as their attitudes were terrible. If you're thinking about booking your car in here for a service or repairs, I would strongly recommend avoiding them, as they are a complete shambles.

Amelia was unhelpful and unwilling to assist, stating she didn’t want to book our car in. Initially, she mentioned the 29th was available, but when we called back to confirm the booking just five minutes later, she claimed the earliest availability was the 4th or 5th of February.
When I contacted MG customer services, they confirmed that the 29th was indeed the earliest booking available, which suggests Amelia deliberately misled us to avoid taking the booking. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since we were polite and not being difficult in any way.
Additionally, you continue referencing an RAC report that was never provided to my partner, which makes this situation even more frustrating.
Please cancel the diagnostic booking, as we will no longer be using Chorley Group for any services. We will also be sharing our experience to warn others about the poor service and lack of professionalism.
