The service is very inconsistent. Sometimes a driver gets the message immediately and sometimes, like this time, no driver get the message and my order is just sitting at the restaurant getting cold. I won't be using this service anymore because it is costly and inconsistent.

If there was a chance to give negative starts I would. Was very unprofessional. Ordered at 1pm so it would be on time for my 2pm luch break. Called the restaurant at 1:30 they said my order had been ready and they were waiting for the driver when I contacted chow local they blamed the restaurant and said the restaurant had not requested a drive so I called the restaurant to ask for a refund and they gave it to me but send valid proof that they had requested a driver and a driver had infact accepted the order. The driver never got the restaurant to get my food and they kept blaming the restaurant m. Kept calling them and they declined all my calls it was straight declining not even letting it go to voice mail. Very in unprofessional and dumb

I love the fact that they don't take a percentage of each delivery like other platforms when im ordering delivery I check

it’s hard to support all of the restaurants when the delivery fee is so high compared to either in house or other platforms it delivers across regina should not be 20$

Thanks for the feedback Alissa. I agree. Delivery accross town should not cost you $20, but ultimately it depends on the delivery's driving distance. According to our rates if you are paying $20 for delivery, it means you are 24km away, which is pretty far. If you can provide me with an order number, I'm happy to take a closer look.
