Brilliant & Supportive PT

Before starting sessions with Chris I didn't really know what I was doing in the weights section of the gym. I was unsure about starting PT but Chris suggested I try a month of sessions and see how I get on. 13 months on and I'm still going. Within the first 6 weeks of my sessions my body changed shape, I lost weight and inches. Since then I have continued to build my strength and have made continued progress. Chris is really knowledgeable and really easy to work with. He challenges me every session and ensures things are kept interesting by refreshing workouts regularly, he also offers advice on diet and lifestyle. Without Chris there is no way I'd have made the progress I have. I feel stronger and healthier as a result of the sessions and look forward to continuing to build on my progress so far.

Want to change your life, look no further

Over the past 8 months, Chris has been an absolute game-changer in my life. Thanks to his expertise, encouragement, and dedication, I’ve lost over 30kg of weight - a milestone I never thought possible. The transformation has been so much more than just physical.
Chris has been with me every step of the way, helping me build confidence in both my personal and professional life. With his guidance I’ve completely changed my mindset towards exercise and nutrition and believe I can sustain this new lifestyle.

Amazing PT!

Chris has been my PT for 9 months now and I cannot fault him. I have gone from being someone afraid of the ‘scary part’ of the gym (the weight section) to someone who doesn’t think twice about it. I’ve also increased my strength, lost weight, and gained confidence in my body; I’ve never been in better shape. I couldn’t have achieved any of this without Chris. I was instantly comfortable with him and I always enjoy our sessions. He has a way of pushing you without making you want to throw something at him (most of the time 😂). He is supportive, knowledgeable, and goes on the journey with you. Chris I can’t thank you enough and if you are considering hiring a PT, don’t go anywhere else. 😊

I have been going the gym for years on…

I have been going the gym for years on and off not knowing what I was doing and giving up.
Working with Chris for six months has giving me the confidence and knowledge to actually use the gym rather than walking round aimlessly. My strength has increase massively and I now enjoy lifting weights. I have seen a drop in weight and more importantly a drop in inches. From working with Chris I have slept better, felt fitter and fit into my clothes better.
I would highly recommend working with Chris. He is motivating and is always available for support when you need it. He will push you to achieve what you don't think you can.

Fantastic PT

After a couple of months going to the gym and not hitting my goals, I decided to give Chris a message and begin training with him. I have been with Chris now twice a week for 10 months and I can’t thank him enough for his expertise and guidance. It’s clear to me that he truly loves what he does and his guidance and knowledge have been absolutely invaluable. With Chris I have been able to routinely hit my goals, along the way I have asked Chris to change certain things to benefit sports I do outside of the gym and he has always been ready to adapt. I would recommend him highly and look forward to continuing with Chris and his sessions as they are oftentimes the highlight of my week!

100% recommended!

I have been training with Chris for 4 months after meeting him when attending one of his classes. Never in my life had i used a weight machine in the gym and I had no idea where to start. I was looking for someone who would not only give me support in the gym, but also give me advice with my calorie and protein intake and Chris does just that!
Chris listened to what I wanted to achieve and plans my sessions around this. I have learnt how to train safely, whilst being continuously pushed further than I could ever do on my own.
Ultimately I have gotten stronger and more confident in the gym, and I am seeing the changes in my body that I wanted to see, but didn’t know how to achieve without the expert guidance of Chris.
Extra bonus points for the app, where you can access and record the work out plans Chris has created and tailored to you when you go to the gym on your own.
100% I would recommend!

100% recommend Chris

Having committed to just 1 month of sessions when I first met Chris, I’m still going 8 months later! I’ve gained confidence in the gym, using machines and weights I’d always been scared of using. I’ve lost weight, become stronger and I couldn’t have done it without Chris’s knowledge, encouragement and support in and out of the gym. Can’t recommend him enough.

Encouraging and personalised training

On the days when you think you can’t do it , Chris always finds a way of helping and encouraging you to get the most out of the session or class. I’ve been a gym goer for years yet I’ve learnt more about how to exercise properly, safely and efficiently in the last few months with Chris than ever before . I would highly recommend Chris, his tailored approach to each individuals goals and encouragement to get there is fantastic.

A great PT

Chris is a very knowledgeable and supportive coach who is always on hand to offer advice and support. My goal was to increase upper body strength and to become more motivated in training sessions. The sessions are great and I'm now at a point where I don't like missing them and actually look forward to them...words I never thought I would say! Chris isn't about quick fixes, the focus is on the long term goal and lifestyle changes that work for you. But that doesn't mean that the sessions are easy, you are pushed hard, the weights constantly increase and you always leave knowing you've given it your all. He's a very personable guy and comes highly recommended 👌.

Chris Hughes Coaching

I have never been a gym member in my life, but after attending a couple of classes a week I met Chris & started training in a small group with him.
He listens, plans and pushes you further than I would ever have done on my own or would have imagined I could do. He is always on hand with pointers, guidance & reassurance.
I feel stronger and more confident in what I'm doing in the gym and in myself in general. I recommend Chris unreservedly and without hesitation.

5 star PT review!

I have been working with Chris for approx 3 months now and have got so much out of the sessions.
My goal is to build muscle and Chris has helped me with calorie and protein targets, as well as becoming more comfortable with using the weight machines and pushing me past what I thought I was capable of!
The weights I have been lifting have increased dramatically since working with Chris, something I would have never done on my own.
Chris makes it an extremely friendly environment, knows how to get the best out of you and loves a good ‘finisher’😁

I could not recommend Chris more…

I could not recommend Chris more highly! Since starting at the gym a few months ago, having no clue where to begin and feeling a bit intimidated by the whole thing, Chris has made me feel totally confident in what I'm doing, and has helped me to figure out what my goals are, as well as how I will achieve them. I will do my first pull up soon!! I feel stronger than I ever thought possible for me, and I can really see and feel my progress. And above all, he is just a really nice guy!!

Pushes me to my limits

Pushes me to my limits. My fitness has improved massively in my months with Chris. I look forward to our sessions and my aching muscles afterwards as I get stronger and stronger. Really nice guy, brings out my motivation and I always feel boss after a gym session.

100% recommend

I've been with Chris for 4 months now and I have 1000% seen a difference in not only my weight but me as a person. Not only has he helped my confidence at the gym with using equipment, understanding calories and building up my weight. He was also there for me when I was feeling extremely low and couldn't make it to the gym. He provides not only in gym time but also he's there when you're out the gym too. 100% would recommend

More than a fitness - it's lifestyle.

I have trained both in-person with Chris, and used his online coaching programme tools. Since working with Chris, I have noticed my confidence sky-rocket. I love that it isn't just about the gym - it is holistic - it is about setting and understanding my goal(s), and understanding my relationship with my body, with food and even general life relationships.
