You guys sent my rail out to me so quickly. Thank you for that and thank you for an amazing rifle! I've been shooting my Ranger 22 accurately out at 200 yrds for metallic silhouette and recently shot it out at 335 yrds at a long range competition.

Dont ship USPS! It took almost two weeks to get my thread protector...pitiful!

Had a question about fitting a Spartan Bipod on a MPR. Was called back in a very timely manner and the question was answered by staff, who by the way, had mounted the bipod on the very rifle I had. The guys were very friendly and wanted to make sure every question I had was completely and thoroughly answered. Very Pleased !!!! Service is where it is at.

I bought a new Mesa Long Range rifle, it had scratches on the barrel and dark discoloration on the bottom plate logo. I sent it back for repair under warranty. The issues were addressed and it was returned promptly. I was told that the action was re-Ceracoated and the bottom plate was replaced. The front end of the barrel was ceracoated, the shade doesn’t quite match. The bottom plate doesn’t appear to have been replaced, there are still traces of the dark discoloration visible. The turnaround time was impressive, the work was not.

Overall good.

Slow to communicate where my item was. or estimated delivery date. Had to call C.A. to find order information but found it had been located by the charge to y debit card. Need better tracking and notification process. About a week later than originally notified.

The communications and quick responses to my questions from Jeff, Kystren and Michelle made the purchase of of my rifle a great experience. Their customer service is second to none! I feel that Christensen rifles are of the highest quality and the best value out there. I will continue to buy and recommend Christensen rifles.

I would regularly receive notices that the item I wanted was available - but when I attempted to purchase the item - the same day - it was "out of stock". I randomly attempted to purchase the item and I got it.
Thank You. You "notices" were not helpful.

I bought a picatinny rail like the one on my new Ranger, because I need to make some modifications to accommodate a scope. In the website, it’s not very clear that I could actually buy a zero-degree rail (duplicating the one it came with), so I had to call customer service. They made me feel a bit foolish for not knowing that there was an option for that, a couple menus deeper. In the end, I got what I needed, but I wouldn’t say it was an enjoyable process..

Superior rifles, outstanding customer service.

Purchased bottom metal to replace the existing bottom metal in CA Traverse 300 PRC, was a perfect fit. The bottom metal allows the rifle to utilize AICS magazines. It is the tactical style. Have cycled ammo in magazine through the rifle with no issues. Finish, fit and machining are excellent. The one not so good issue is the price, compared to other manufacture it is expensive.

Perfect Product

Bolt knob showed up in a timely manner and checkout was simple and painless. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from Christensen again and more then likely will in the future.

Can't get the gun to shoot groups.
At 50 yards I get a 1 inch group.
At 100 yards it opens to almost 2 inches. I really like the gun but accuracy is very poor. Tried hornady precision 143 eldx and 2 other brands of ammo. Checked all hardware for proper torque. Well over 200 rounds fired and it just won't dial in.

Had a defective recoil pad,service handled it well, sent me another now its perfect.

Great product. I've heard of quality control issues, but my rifle shoots well within the sub-moa guarantee. Give the stainless barrels time to break in- you'll notice a big difference.
