we now have a parking restriction to only one member per house which is very unfair to those who have disability and uses more than one car l. I have a disabled son who now because of JESSICA head of Christian action he cannot make all his hospital appointment because my other son who drives cannot park his car in the car park this cold hearted woman who does not live around here and has no idea how hard it is to park has said she will not let us have a 2 house hold parking. It's OK for you who most probably has a drive outside her big house. Your a wicked woman who sits in her big office and has no idea how the residents are struggling with finding places to park.

These people are cold and callous awful humans. Kerry Howorth who said she would house me for 4 years after I’d left rehab and was clean for a year. She strung me along viewing after viewing and meeting after meeting. They pushed me over the edge and I relapsed. They put my life in jeopardy. I was sexually assaulted, burgled, stabbed all while in there ‘supported accommodation’ they joint forces with a lying neighbour who all she did was lock me out the house constantly and antagonise me for a reaction- which she never got and took me to court. This ‘woman’ I use the word very lightly also accused me of many other things and had a plan of action to fraudulently claim compensation from housing ombudsman and get a move. She didn’t get the move but got a few thousand out of my misery. Of course the judge saw what this was and they lost the court case they had against me. They expected a vulnerable 20 something year old who is penniless to pay 20 thousand pound court fees which the court also overturned. And how about Kate byrne who was Kerry’s minion in carrying out her dirty work. Court went in my favour, I had the right to remain in there temporary short hold accomodation which I was initially promised by Kerry I will be in for 6 months turned into 5 years of a nightmare. Despite my court order stating I must remain until local authority finds me suitable housing, Kate came with a gang of thugs and changed the locks unlawfully leaving me and my therapy chihuahua dog homeless this lead to me almost killing myself. Through the years that I was with them they made my life go to hell and wasted years of my twenties I will never get back. They are liars and thieves sorting the rent accounts including Ahmed who testified in court to try and get me evicted during Ramadan how ironic may Allah accept your fast.

Horrid horrid people stay extremely far away even if it’s ur last choice.

My experience with Christian Action Housing Association has been bullying bullying and abuse of power, and when you try to speak or complain about what they doing, Christian Action Housing Association workers will hid behind other other tenants to bully and harass you.
I invited my late ex husband into my home, Christian Action Housing Association remove me from the tenancy and put my late ex husband who is white only on the tenancy and did not even notify me, and even when a judge told Christian Action to to me on my tenancy agreement, they dragged their feet,
Neighbour have been bullying and,harassing, threatened to kill me for no reason what so ever and Christian Action Housing will not do anything but rather in support of this tenants.
Staff of Christian Action Housing Association came to the property and went up the a neighbour, after she left, the neighbour have called the police that it was me, the police came in and wrote me an official warning, I have emailed this staff from Christian Action to contact the police and let them know it was her, she's telling me she came to me on the 10th/1/2025 and the police came to me on 21st/1/2025 therefore she's not going to do anything about it, so now, I am getting a criminal record just because of what Christian Action have done and will not correct it.
Another black neighbour was bully and harass similar way and all of a sudden, they said the lady had drow in her bathroom, with my experience with Christian Action Housing and their tenants!!! ?????
A Male neighbour creeping behind my bathroom window when am coming out from shower naked, a put a note on the window where this pippingtom have been watching me from, Christian Action Housing Association if saying I have breach my tenancy agreement for defending myself from a pippingtom neighbour who has been watching me naked.
When I try to complain, am being branded crazy just because I know a lot about what Christian Action do to tenants who try to speak up and send up for themselves.
The culture of bullying and harassment must stop.

I've been on waiting list for 4 years now the manager keeps saying you're there but you have too wait they all lie to.your face they use oakray heating not good enough bad experience in not going to.bother they house the young and homeless never mind older people who.have serious mental.health issues they are all the same

CAH r are v bad housing dnt rent with them, their v slow service wiv unprofessional key workers who cause more harm, a waste of money renting wiv dem & they are v unreliable. I have been a victim of abuse, thieve & ASB. When u get temperamental of their bad communication they try use this against ya with eviction instead of taking responsibility, they dnt care of their most vunerable residents. When I had to go to hospital from 1 of their druggie tenants who attacked me they didn't take actions to the person & left me in an unsafe environment. Soon I hope the same thing happens to all of them so they will understand.

Honestly speaking, christian action housing is completely useless. I absolutely hate the customer service. They are rude, disrespectful and not reliable. I now understand that even christian action is just lazy and irresponsible. Oakrey, who do their repairs, are absolutely disgusting. How are you telling me you can't do anything about my broken boiler for the next 2 days? It's cold now and I only have cold water. I hope one day you realise how heartless you are and this happens to you so you know what it feels like. God sees everything. You basically get paid for just attending a call where you don't even resolve the problem. Is the Uk just getting worse day by day.
