Met someone
It took a few months of messaging, and I chatted to some lovely people. It does take a bit of time and effort but I've met someone that I've 'clicked' with. Although it's still early days, I'm hopeful. Don't give up!

AI bots generate weird conversations to try and get you to engage.
On asking for a refund they declined because 7 messages were sent, and I logged in 15 times. Each time you open a generated email you are logged in.
Don't get fooled because of the name that this is a safe place. please don't get scammed the same as I did.
Oh the positive reviews are not real.

you get what you put in
you get out of Christian Connection what you put in and all depends on the individual people you meet on there. It is safer than other dating sites, yes membership costs but this makes it safer. I have been on the website for quite a few years, made life long friends, and met my second husband on there. You need to be willing to engage and meet people and not hope for a miracle on its own. And yes, like everywhere some scammers do slip through the net so it is up to you to not share your details with someone you do not know well. The friends I made was because of organising and attending events, mainly before Covid. It is a website with a difference because of the discussion boards (even though they have become less tolerant due to the people posting there), the possibility of real life meetups. I can not give 4.5 stars otherwise I would have done so due to the search options having become more limited.

I think I was a little tough on Christian connections and after some consultation I had decided to take some of the responsibility for my previous review and would just like to say maybe I was frustrated

Not worth it
1. there isn't a good number of users and most of them hasn't accessed the app for months
2. the filtering system is ossified, you can't really filter anything, and that's probably because the customer base is way too small
3. the app mechanics is by far the worse amongst all the aforementioned apps - only a pair of paying members can talk to each other. I've dated a girl who couldn't even like, wave, or answer my messages, even when I was a paying member. She had to write you guys an email to unblock her to like/wave to me. Hence, the question: are you really keen to add value to your customers by letting people communicate or is this app just a cash cow? This is ridiculous: I am paying but you won't let people reply my messages.

There's something not quite right…
There's something not quite right about this site. I have been dragged through the online dating scene for a while, having used Match and Tinder. While on those sites, I always made connections and received messages and conversation, as well as dates. I turned to Christian Connection to try to find someone more aligned to my values and beliefs. So I'm really confused as to why the men on CC just do not message; it's all just "likes' and 'waves", even when I sent messages, I never got a reply. I'm a good looking girl with a nice profile, but that first impression wasn't enough. It really feels like the profiles have no human behind them and I must point out that the men on CC are generally better looking and their profiles very detailed compared to the other dating sites, so I just can't help wondering if they are all made up? I received a full refund for my membership after I requested it, but no response to my query about its genuine premise. I'm so disappointed but I think Jesus is sending me a message and I will be patient and if it's meant to be it's meant to be. I simply do not like false promise and I cannot help wondering, for what Christian Connection received its "Award winning" status (?).

Really dissappointed I took out a 3 month subscription then logged on to find my account had been closed without any good reason quite upsetting as I was really enjoying using the site also and making some new friends and some good connections on there also 😞

Most profiles don't have full membership so they can't answer messages. I'm going through a divorce and I was hounded and berated by a man who had a go at me for hours about the divorce! Another member has have ghosted me! One man wanted to kiss and hug me after only taking for a couple of hours! Another said he didn't want to talk as I'm not from his type of church! I'm fed up of those experiences I was hoping to find someone special I'm very upset for those experiences!

This site doesn’t even start out good when they have the option to have relationships with both sexes and at the same time as well 🤷♂️ I got banned because the other pathetic thing these losers do is delete your photos if they don’t like them. You deleted my photo because my full name was on it, fine but, you deleted it again after I edited that part out! There was nothing wrong with my photos, you just didn’t like that I had Biblical titles because there is nothing biblical about this website! The Bible speaks against polyamorous relationships, lesbianism, gay relationships, etc. They didn’t like that I called them out on their crap so, they banned me. I don’t know why this is called “Christian” connection because there is nothing Christian about it.

Their help team are sleeping
Their help team are sleeping, l closed my account because I couldn’t amend my wrong age on it so I created a new account two weeks ago then the next day couldn’t access it because it said I have another account although I closed that account so I emailed them two weeks and they sent auto response saying they will deal with the matter in three business days, l sent a chasing email and they are still sleeping so far for over 2 weeks.

Ghosted, disrespected, and harassed by staff
The girls on this site are some of the most insensitive people I've ever met. Girls will act interested, I'll buy a subscription to message them, and they'll ghost you without a single message. I cannot fathom doing that to someone. Worst of all, if you politely show repeated interest in someone, trying to get their attention in the most respectful way possible, the staff will tell you to stop harassing women and make you feel like you're a predator. It feels like Christian Connection deliberately impedes any progress to continue to make money off of lonely men. If you're looking to be abused, ignored, and financially depleted, then Christian Connection is for you!
UPDATE: Thanks Christian Connection for demonstrating your lack of empathy, and for showing how you blindly defend policy in favor of women; without making heartless women take any accountability for the toxic environment on your site. This is exactly why men don't try any more. To think that pursuing romantic interest in a woman is considered harassment is ludicrous.

Christian connection not very Christian
While there may be people that meet their half on this site there is a dark side that many don’t know: some of the accounts are fake or the ladies are from other countries and when giving their number it’s a foren number, the excuse is that they are in holiday in their country, there are lots of people saying they are Christians and when they get the number they ask for sex(men), some women as well. Other women there are asking for money after promising lots of things. I know some have good intentions but many use it for sex. I was there to find a beautiful good woman but got disappointed.
