I have used CDFF quite a while
I have used CDFF quite a while. The conclusion is: it satans servant site because I have been abused so many times. I was called the worst words in my lifetime.
When I reported the Christian Dating For Free CDFF, instead of defending me a woman, the CDFF administration defended those males who wrote me profanities and humiliative words. Thry never blocked all these men!
When the other user sent me his cut arm photo (cut with a knife) and blood on it, I have reported it along with the photo. I never back anything though.
Stay away if you want to follow Christ and remain in good health to serve at your local church!

Good site, but be patient!
I disagree with a lot of these negative reviews. Yes, it is a ghost town in my area on there also, but that is not the site's fault. They also will not charge you for services you did not agree to. Read what you are signing up for.
I have talked and met a couple somewhat near to where I live. It's a good site for being free. A person just needs to be patient. What will be will be in God's timing.

100% dead site
100% dead site. Nobody responds to your messages. 99% of the womens profiles are dead and they will NOT respond to you no matter what you write. Makes me feel like this is a big hoax. Do NOT pay them any money.
If you want to send messages that are never replied this site is for you. If you seek to find that special one, go somewhere else.

So bad
So bad! In the match profile they sent me they sent me today there were people who last logged in 2, 3, 6,10 and 11 months ago!! LOL, what more can I say? I'm in Phoenix!! That's all the have to offer I guess.
A ridiculously useless website
This site is ridiculously bad. In 2+ weeks here, I've only had 2 'unsolicited' responses to my 'profile'. Otherwise, I have given my winks/messages to 6 ladies; 0 (zero) responses from any of them - nothing! Additionally, when I do a 'search' for other members near me, I often get 0 (zero) results. Subsequently, the 'system' gives me several "local"/near me 'profiles' NONE of which are "local" or 'near me'!! This is a useless website - DON'T waste your time/money here!!
beware do not pay them
i have just signed up as a free member this is another crap ( christian website after only ( 1 ) message your expected to pay $44 per month waste of $ read the other reviews online they will tell u the same thing .im deleting my profile asap !!!
Not active at all.
Not active at all.
Despite its great domain name I can hardly see any activities since I signed up and they never replied to my emails etc. Not good
Would give this zero stars if I could
Would give this zero stars if I could. The worst possible christian dating site yet!
I'm not going to have anything more to do with this
You can sign up for free to look around. Beware that if you don't completely fill out your profile immediately then the people on the site may view your partial info then disregard you, meaning once you complete it they won't take a second look. It also takes several days to get any updates you do to your profile from being posted. I understand as it appears it gets reviewed by their staff first.
My biggest complaint was that the iPhone app is somewhat buggy in that it takes you to a subscription page and wants you to sign up to pay for a premium plan that gets charged monthly or on other renewal terms.
After a couple weeks of using the app i get a message and when i view it it says my profile will be deleted which then takes me to the subscription page again in order to retain my profile. (Note they say you can use the free version with no mention of time before profile deletion etc. The paid version gives you more control and options of contacting people etc.)
When you try to LEAVE the subscription page it keep going back. If you press "cancel" it doesn't leave the page. So I tried to close the app and restart it and when it restarted it went back to the screen and said that i successfully ordered my subscription and was billed via iTunes for $30 and that it will renew each month at $30.
Well I did not authorize this! I called their customer service and got the auto renewal canceled but they said I could not cancel the month paid for and gave me an Apple phone number to call to do that. After spending an hour or so doing all this I still am charged for the month I don't want or authorized.
Now getting to the people on the site, I found that most appear fake or non-christian like. For instance, Im 55 and recently divorced after a long marriage. I find that over half of the women 50-55 on the site are looking for a man that is 35-49. Another words they would like a man between 15 and 5 years younger than them. Some say in the bio that they are serious about the age thing and if you are not within that age to respect their wish and move on. Does that seem Christian like at all? I'm sure there are legitimate people on the site as well and some will pay large fees to stay there waiting for their perfect ideal mate to find them but I have had such a bad experience so far that i am not going to have anything more to do with this.
Save your money
Well, after reading many reviews, I don't feel so alone! While there are probably many good intentioned people on this site, for the most part, I found that I got too many out of state people who contacted me . None of these people had pictures or very much information on the site.
Today I was definitely scammed by someone who posed to be someone she wasn't! I felt very uncomfortable by the text messages that she sent me (my fault for giving her my cell phone #!), and when I spoke with her, she had a very thick accent and was hard to understand. SHe hung up when I told her that I was uncomfortable with her text messages and our phone conversation. I felt so violated that I was taken in by someone who looked like a nice woman - only to find out that it was someone who was trying to scam men.
I deleted my profile and have no intention to return. The administrators on this site have to do a better job of screening its members. The site doesn't live up to its name of being very Christian when they do little to protect their members!
This site should be shut down and I honestly believe it is a scam site. Very minimum amount of active users across the US. I had my search criteria completely open and at the max distance. I saw less than 50 active members across the country. It has been one month without a single match, its insane. I do not write reviews often, please trust me and do not waste your time or money.
In spite of the good attempt of this site, the end result is that it is as exclusionary as real Christians often are in real life - creating their own little cliques that you can't be part of.
There are other options. Also, the company that runs it, is not a Christian based company. The site is also very basic in terms of user interface, its horrible.
Last, I have to attempt to log on at least twice every time I use the site, something is wrong with the log in process. Save your $50 plus bucks per month.
Warning Don't pay them!!
Paid for an elevated account and have a receipt to prove it. I contacted customer support who told me they would fix it right away, weeks later I e-mailed them and asked them for an update and was ignored for over a month. Contacted the better business bureau who tried to intercede on my behalf by sending them e-mails and calling them only to be ignored also and the case being closed. Never give money to this website unless you want to lose it.
Don't ever pay to them for the elevated membership
The sit itself is okay, looks outdated but it does not bother me. What bothers me: I payed for the elevated membership 6 months ago, for the 6 months plan. When it expired they automatically charged it on my card to renew it. As i found it out there is somewhere hidden in the settings to opt out if you don't want to automatically renewed. I contacted them via email and messenger, because i really don't want it to be renewed, as it makes absolutely no difference, not even delivering on the promised things, i still saw ads when i viewed the page from my phone in the browser (on my laptop i don't see ads anyway, my adblocker do a great job). So i contacted them, and they deactivated my elevated status within a few hours, but they don't want to send the money back. They not even bothered to answer my first email, only the second one what i sent a week later, saying they are not sending a refund.
