Bad quality leather

I purchased a pair of shoes from this store, and the quality was extremely poor. After just one wear, the strap detached from the sole. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed my concerns and claimed the strap must have caught on something, essentially accusing me of being dishonest and insisting such a defect wasn't possible. Shipping them back is so expensive that it’s not a viable option, leaving me stuck with defective shoes. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from here.
