I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered Christmas personalised pjs at the end of September so there would be no delays or issues getting them. We are now the 20th October and still not received the items despite it saying there is a 7 day turnaround with orders. I have contacted several times and at first had no reply and then since I’ve had a reply that was just full of lies saying the items were with the courier and I’d shortly receive my tracking number etc. This was last week and still nothing. I spent £120 on PJs for my family and have been conned. I’m now trying to get my money back through my credit card as think this is the only way I am going to see my money as I highly doubt I’ll be receiving any PJs.
Ordered 4 matching sets of the Elf Squad pyjama's for the kids to wear to Elf the Musical. T-shirts arrived with personalisation as ordered but PJ bottoms were not at all as advertised; totally different pattern & colour which didn't match the tops, plus two pairs missing. Contacted Customer Services and was told correct ones would be sent with a returns label to send back the wrong ones. Two more pairs eventually arrived after another few chases but no returns label and all four pairs were now the wrong pattern.
What an absolute joke. Telephone number on their emails doesn't work and number on website never answers.
Why do people think it's acceptable to set up a business and then falsely advertise products and scam other hard working people out of their money. Do not use this company!
Order status didn’t change until I chased - 2 weeks after ordering.
Received wrong item (which going by the delivery note had the wrong personalisation anyway), so chased again. Was sent a label to forward it on to their customer and had to be despatched by the following day - making a lot of assumptions! I emailed back to say that she’d have to arrange for it to be collected as there was no way of either printing the label or getting to the post office, to which I was told it can be put in a parcel box - this was at my sister’s in the middle of nowhere, with no parcel boxes.
No response to that or to chases for my order and another for a refund. Have now gone to my bank to see if they can get my money back.

Today I received my delivery and all I can say is wow. The quality of the pyjamas is fantastic, I am over the moon with the designs!
Originally I wasn’t happy because of lack of communication as my delivery was very late and as a victim of previous scams I was worried! This turned out to be a Royal Mail issue.
I do still have one part of my order to come but if the quality is anything like the pyjamas I will be so happy.

My wife bought us all matching pyjamas for Christmas. She ordered them early to ensure there was plenty of time to change any sizes etc. When they arrived 2 out of 3 pairs didn't fit so were returned (at our cost) in plenty of time for replacements to be sent before Christmas, Christmas came and went but no replacement pyjamas. Its now Mar 23 and still no replacements and the Company refuses to even speak with us let alone refund our money. I would avoid at all costs
